Hey! I don't know that exactly but in general, classes are spread out across the campus, for my MS CS program, the classes were happening all over the campus in random buildings, there wasn't really a trend. I think it mostly depends on the availability and the professor's schedule. Although once decided, the location remains pretty much the same the whole semester.

Canadian citizens can work in the USA on TN under NAFTA. I am working for a US company in Vancouver and in San Francisco. Also, We have free medical in Canada. My friends who went to USA in the same year are still on H1B and fighting for green card in the US. Also, More Canadian citizens on TN in the USA are getting green card than H1B holders because green card issuance is unlimited for Canadian citizens. There is no quota for Canadian Citizens.

Hey! I think it's a good program with decent course choices. You'll also have good internship opportunities as NEU CS department tries hard to get every student a co-op/ intern and Cyber Sec falls under the same department. Hope it helps, let me know if you have any specific question.
The program is great but you'll have to make sure that you have the right amount of experience to crack project management internships and full time. Do some research by looking at relevant jobs on LinkedIn and assess if you will be eligible to get those post the program completion.
I loved "Snail" library when i attended...better than Snell...otherwise a good assessment and information for a family member who will also be going...
You'll definitely get an on-campus job from second semester if you try hard enough. There are on-campus cafes, restaurants, library, RSO, etc. that hire students frequently.
