GPA is usually not a requirement to be a TA/RA

Brother My son got admit in university of Florida Gainesville and khoury college of computer science boston masters in computer science is it worth going to northeastern leaving florid a
Absolutely, go for NEU Khoury! UFL has better weather though. Almost every student gets an internship and a full-time job from Khoury.
Thank you
Thank you for sharing this insightful information.

Anyone missing squirrels in last Boston appartment?
Got Buster the rabbit here
FYI not all universities follow the credit system for tuition fees , cmu for example has a fixed tuition for each semester no matter how many courses you register for that semester
You can make video on. Like in US, each university has different specializations or course concentrations. Which differs from university to university even for the same program. And the course curriculum also depends on the professor that you select for the same course and same program, same university. So, each professor has its on way of teaching, which depends on there own research and Ph.D., So its become very important to select Wright University, wright program, wright professor.
Welcome back brother 🎉 Very informative video
Finally you came out of hibernation bro 😂
Who else isn't an international student but watching this😂
Might be the best video on youtube for motivating students for spring intake ,this really meant a lot
Thanks buddy, glad you found it useful! More on this coming soon.
@@FellowBrowniegot motivated from your video and now i am too going for spring intake , hope everything goes well
thanx mate 👏
Hey Mayank, thank you for explaining . I wanted to know when is the best time to apply for TA positions if I am a student of spring 24. Also what are some of the challenges one might face while applying to TA's as a spring student.
Hey! I'd suggest to start applying as soon as you get access to your university portal. There should be a jobs page where you can see on campus job listings. You can do this even before coming to the US.
Do they accept people with low GPA for a masters?
okay winthrop road
Hi guys, Thanks for all the info on NEU, it was really helpful. I am thinking of applying there for MS in CS fall 24 GRE score : 301 Work experience: 7 years TOEFL : 100 CGPA: 6.7 Will I be accepted in NEU with this profile?
Is there a way we can connect and clear few doubts regarding MPS
What a fun and informative video. You two are great tour guides. Any videos on campus housing if your out of state student?
I have cgpa of 7.1 , now with 2 years of experience as software developer. Not given gre or ielts yet, but any chances i can get this course, or will they just dont look into my application just bz of cgpa
Universities usually look at overall profile & not at just one factor like GPA. NEU MS IS is a very popular program, it will increase you chances of admit if you provide GRE score.
@@FellowBrownie Is it worth? I got an admit for spring 2025. The total tuition fees is 56,648 and living expenses is around 500 dollars. Considering the job market and course curriculum, would you recommend it? Please be very frank about the situation there. Need to decide
Hi Mayank! I will be joining northeastern this fall 23 for MS in Civil Engineering and I have to complete 32 credits to earn a degree just like your program. I am confused regarding the tuition fee like how much will I have to pay in the first sem.. my i20 mentions $29269 as the estimated amnt for 8months.. so will my tuition for this fall 23 sem be 29269/2= $14636 That 29269 amount is calculated on what basis, if you could just give me a brief idea about it.. it would really be helpful!😇

Could you create a thorough video explaining what to do after receiving the SAT score, including how to submit your sops, lors, and essays?
Considering the situation just now ,is it a good idea for my son to go for masters in CSE in sept 2023
Dose Boston University offers ms in pharmaceutics
Dose neu offers ms in pharmaceutics???
Anyone pursuing Ms in data science at Seattle Northeastern uni?
Is course curriculum tough in information systems?
IS program at NEU has a good mix of elective programming and non-programming courses. Although, at NEU this program tends to be a bit more on the technical side. Core courses involve programming in Java.
How to apply for exchange student from Europe?
Informative video! You're doing great job brother ❤
Hey, thank you so much for sharing this info. Regarding volunteering, what is expected from us?
Finally found the information I was looking for. I noticed that there are an ample number of TH-camrs who create in-depth content for countries like canada, UK, Aus...but for the US I didn't find much informative video.
How to find universities that offer TA or RA ? I am going for MS in Mechanical can you suggest any university ?
When is the best time to apply for TA and RA's for FALL 2023?
Starting having the conversation with professors by end of spring and summer. They'd usually hire TAs before starting the semester.
I loved "Snail" library when i attended...better than Snell...otherwise a good assessment and information for a family member who will also be going...

I think lot of people are confused whether they should come to the US or not if you are Indian or Chinese. Do you want the one line answer? Ok, I will give you the answer first: DON'T COME TO THE US! Now let's move to the explanations. Let me tell you what happens with most people who come to the US. They come to study and then they want to stay. This happens with most. If you think I am wrong ask the Indian or Chinese people who currently come to study here. So you will come to study here and then want to stay here. To do this you will have to be on H1B visa. And to have H1B visa after 6 year limit you will need an I140(a Greencard application). Living on an H1B is hard since you depend on the employer to keep your status. Now you have to do this until you get a Greencard. For Indians the wait is 195 years(LET THAT SINK IN) and about 18 years for Chinese. It is EXTREMELY stressful to be on H1B while you wait for the Greencard. Your health will suffer immensely. Don't understand why some people still keep telling Indians and Chinese to come, study and work in the US. Once you marry and have kids while on H1B it becomes harder to leave the US. There is no hope for Indians and Chinese in US. So don't waste your time and money coming here. Many Presidents have come and gone and promised changes but no changes have come in the last 20 years but no one cares for the plight of Indians and Chinese. Trust me don't push yourself and your family into a Black hole that people of Indian and Chinese origin have pushed themselves for DECADES waiting for the Greencard!! People of other countries get the Greencard in less than a year. So I shall repeat again: NO NO NO! Don't come to the US. Don't waste your time and your and parents hard earned money. US will use and throw you. If you want to live, study and work abroad. Go to a country which has a good immigration policy like Canada, which grants Greencard in 5 years.
