European viewers, I have good news! FINALLY, you can pick up some of my Miniac merch and products at a cheaper shipping rate. PK-Pro is selling some of my stuff on their website and they ship out of Germany! It's been such a long time coming for me to figure something like this out so I'm happy to finally have it on lock. You can pick up the stuff here: www.pk-pro.de/Miniac_1 For people in the UK, I'm also working out a similar deal with Element Games, so stay tuned!
I find it spectacular when you're so jazzed! You can hear the excitement in your voice. The energy is addictive. It makes me want to paint. Congrats on the finished warband!
Hey Scott, try putting the oil paint on some cardboard for half an our to soak up some off the oil, this sould help stop the separation when you add the mineral spirit.
Amazing video. This is probably the best hobby content I've seen in some time. I'd forgotten what really good video are like. I loved your earlier work where you were pumped to work out the science of painting. I love the techniques vids from Vincent and the humour in Jon's. But this passion has been missing for a while. Covering conversions, airbrushing, painting, haning opinions and lore!!! Brilliant. Some time ago you asked yourself the question on whether to step away from popular video titles and focus on what you want to do. This video screams of the latter and it comes across so well. I know this would have taken a lot of work in the background, but just showing minis you painted at home also adds to the feel of the video. 10/10! Well done Scott. Be proud.
One of the best videos I've seen on this channel in months. No complaints about your content in general but how to hobby stuff is why I started following. Paint reviews and how to and equipment stuff that might be applicable to me being better at my hobby are awesome. Thanks!
Yes Scott! You're back. This is the energy and excitement that has been missing for a while. Its great to see. You've made me dig out my necromunda gang whilst watching your vid. Glad to see the passion back and I'm looking forward to seeing more of these. Keep riding that high!
You can really tell how into this you are, itsgreat to see tge enjoyment. Also it was great to get to talk to you again at tup live. Keep up the great videos
This video is a veritable buffet of hobby goodness. It was an absolute joy to watch due to the fantastic effects, creativity, and attention to detail I've come to expect in Miniac paint jobs and videography, but more importantly, the genuine hobby joy shines through so brightly. Great to see you enjoying the hobby and thanks sharing video this with us!
Wonderful to see a video where your love for the subject and your desire to make the video was palpable. Keep following your heart Scott. I’ll keep watching and cheering you on.
Necromuuuuuunda dude! This is the best video you've made in ages, you seem so excited and joyful. The models look beautiful, and the filming work was top notch. Plus, a nice long video, thanks man!
Big fan of doing what you love in the hobby, there is no right way just your own way. Love how excited you are presenting this, it really shows when you're passionate about a project!
I jumped back into Necromunda after being away for more than 20 years and it’s been so much fun! We just wrapped up a Dominion campaign and we’re trying a narrative Cinderak Burning campaign with vehicles next.
Some of my favorite wargaming I have ever done was a year long Necromunda Dominion Campaign, where my Escher's managed to take victory. Such a fun system, and the MODELLING opportunities are literally endless. You know what they say, "Every model is a Necromunda model"
Ive been waiting for you to upload a video for weeks. I am so glad that you energy is up so high. You can really feel your enthusiasm throught the entire video. Great work mate, completely worth the wait.
Hell friggin' yeah!!! so glad to hear the hobby swerve back in your person. such a great game that really embodies immersion and rewards outside the box thinking and embracing. Hope to see more Necro content and your future gangs!
I recently started Necromunda, and have fallen in love with the ridiculousness of the whole thing, while still being badass. The game strikes such a good balance of silly fun with friends, dope models, and rich setting upon which to build narratives. Please do more like this!!
This army is probably my favourite that you have painted. They are truly awesome to look at! It is fantastic that you are so excited about this game and figs!
Youre so excited, youve met/found the joy that each miniature is a character, they all feel unique and each game tells a tale. I think youll love mordheim its old world and grim
Excellent video, great energy! More videos like this please Scott. Some others have said it already, but your excitement really comes through, and it makes me excited to go paint.
Bro. Seriously! These videos are just too dope! 29:11 went in a blink of an eye. Awesome squad, even more awesome video. Your content is just top tier right now. Freaking love it dude!!! 😍😍😍
Necromunda is so much fun. The narrative aspect makes it so much better and more interesting. Great to hear you're enjoying it as well. It's an absolute blast.
I'm confused! The item that comes in the box looks nothing like a flamer but rather a gun. The extra weapons that come in the accessory kit actually look like flamers with tubing, the hilarious candle, various gas tanks. Where am I misunderstanding?
@@Miniac I know, I was initially confused as well. upgrade kit comes with heavy flamers and combi weapon flamers. The blunderbuss variant just has two different round profiles for a scattershot round and a flamer template round. Either way, it’s necromunda and kitbash is king as far as I’m concerned. As a fellow cawdor player - your gang is looking awesome!
This video is perfect, Scott, thank you! Gonna pick up some Delaque dudes myself, and convert them! Would love to know which yellow brown paint you use for ropes
I.. reaaaally.. reaallly reaally enjoied this video. Its like your old videos. You look happy and is clear that you ejoyied each moment of the makin this video. Your jokes are... returned!! yess yes!!!... Love it!!! the Think that I ddin't like.. it was only 30 mins and... I want moree!!!!!!
Happy to hear you have found the love of the ‘Munda. The rule of cool, the cinematic moments the depth of the House lores to the individual story of your gangs campaign. Necromunda is the reason I returned to the hobby
I love hearing you so excited about what you're painting and playing! Plus, I always love a good narrative behind a mini, so this video is just perfect. Great job Scott! If only Necromunda was fantasy, I would be extremely tempted to try it... Well, I might still be tempted.
Necromunda was my gateway (well... besides Man 'O War), into games. I love the story archs and the silly imbalances... it takes advantages of the imabalances. I painted names on scrolls on the bases etc. So happy to hear you have discovered Necromunda.
Its awesome to see you get into Necromunda, im getting back into too, converting and upgrading my leader and champs to make them look snazzier is amazing, even tho i Play Van Saar, im glad you joined the Hive!!!
Tip with the oil washes that I learned from armor modelling: Let the oil rest on a piece of cardboard so it can pull the sunflower/linseed oil out of the paint so it'll dry faster! It helps a lot with that "pulling" effect you're talking about.
Okay Scott couple of things; 1/ love the desk, man you're into the work. No tidy workspace = bored TH-camr here. 2/ It is an unwritten rule in historical gaming that your favourite (most recently painted) unit will be slaughtered/surrender/run screaming away first time they are deployed. Those Juves will perform heroically next time.
Hi Scott, first of all awesome video and amazing paint jobs! With your energy and ambition you also got me kinda hyped and interested for Necormunda. It would be really aweseom to have a more in depth look into your narrative campaing. As someone who never played 40K nor Necromunda I have not clue where to start. I would appreciate a video much like you did with your AoS escalation league. Cheers from Germany
Such beautiful artistry, as always, on the models. Thank you for showing us your process and letting us drool over such brilliantly bashed models. That being said, you really happy wiith those rims? Love ya Miniac!
Mordheim and Necromunda have really been scratching my hobby and gaming itch. Its so rewarding to finish your whole force in a day or two and get on to terrain, narratives and gaming right away.
If yoy enjoy small scale skirmish games with RPG elements, the fantasy genre, and want a simple ruleset you should check out Frostgrave. Its super fun, and even has a scifi version called Stargrave, but Frostgrave seems to have a tighter, more fleshed out tone and theme to it. Also, amazing paint job! I love green minis, and these rule!

100% this.
Necro friggin muuundaaaaaaa!!!!! Glad you found this game. Its so good
Necromunda (and Mordheim) are responsible for my favourite wargame moments - extremely hyped for you dude
It definitely feels like he got his mojo back!
That intro is so atmospheric. Love to see you getting into Necromunda! Would be great to hear more about your campaign.

This is the miniac i remember from back in the day! Loving all of this . Thank you Scott.
The more fun you have working on your projects, the more fun we have watching the video's you do on them!
Dude - LOVING these battlefield intro clips - BEAUTIFUL. Great video dude!! 🤘🤘👌👌👌

The best kind of Miniac video is the kind where you're having this much fun. Your videos truly shine when you're doing what you love.

Everything you’re saying about why you like Necromunda is exactly why you’ll LOVE Mordheim.
Honestly, there aren't a lot of god tier painters that convince me to paint quite like you do. It just feels more possible when I watch you do it.
I love to hear that and you can paint just like me, you just gotta put in time behind the brush.
Your excitement is infectious! Absolutely awesome! The cinematography, editing, modelling, and painting are just fantastic here!
The hot pink is such a great pop of colour on the minis! I want to try using it myself.
Awesome vid, the excitement is contagious 😄
Love that gang you kitbashed, and dang that is amazing terrain you have painted. Very Ash Waste chic!

The camera work and editing in this video was spectacular!
Yoooo that intro dude...that classic Scott energy MY DUDE...and some NECRO-FRIGGIN-MUNDA MY DUDE!!! I am HERE for it!!
Necromunda and Mordheim are the two best things GW ever made if you have the right play group.

Awesome video, love the look of the gang and how much detail you showed of the process.
Love this kind of slightly longer painting video! Can tell you're excited about it
Dood, these little guys look so rad. I really love the conversion on the sicko's flamethrower, it looks so ramshackle and fun.

Wow…blown away. Absolutely beautiful. Makes me want to start 3D sculpting kit bashing elements and bits.
Fantastic video, great to hear you in such high spirits
This is why I will always love games like this over full army games. It is so fun when all of your models have character. Great work!
Love the conversion. The “flamer” pole does come in the box though. It’s just the blunderbuss-pole and you use the purgation round profile
