As an Indonesia, I can assure you that we don't conduct exorcism with guns. Kris blades, maybe, but not guns. Nor do our ghosts drop cryptocurrency as far as I know. Well in Malaysian folklore, that monster @8:04 is supposed to be a Penanggalan, which is a monster associated with witchcraft. in the folklore, they fly around as the floating head of a woman, looking for blood to drink. I dont know if Malaysia and Indonesia are the same, I guess not? But that might be why they called it 'exorcism Ritual'. As for the guns, well, I have no idea, lol, other than for fun

That last game or the one before that was actually decent. I love these videos cause its a nice showcase. Will it suck, will it be steam top 100. Tune in and find out
The models bugging out when you fell OOB is a floating point precision error. The bigger a floating point number, the fewer digits it can reserve for the decimal place, and eventually the engine runs out of fine detail to render polygons in. If you were capable of moving normally in that section, you'd more than likely notice uncomfortably-constrained movement in places, due to floating point precision messing with the valid positions your player character can physically occupy.
I saw this as long ago as Homeworld 1. There is a *yuuuuge* map called GalaxyN. It's so huge that the sensors manager cannot render more than about a quarter of it at a time, and all of the models' vertices wobble around like crazy. There's also a spot in Metroid Prime 1 where you can get OOB near the Frigate entrance on one of the little side rooms, and you can fall for long enough the same thing happens, but the Gamecube can only handle this for so long.
I tried to look this up just to find out it was in the comments the whole time lmao That’s really interesting but makes a ton of sense if you think about it
We have to assume they use 64 bit so it's unlikely they run out. It could be a type cast issue, but I would bet it's just bad programming. An unfinished transition animation or something. The fact that they messed up the normals indicates that the modelling also isn't top notch (likely off-the-shelf models).

The floating head thing you tried to shoot is a Penanggalan. It's a vampiric monster from Southeast Asian folklore. It is cool to see lesser-known monsters, at least!
This is definitely becoming one of my favorite channels. I like the organic commentary that legitimately keeps me entertained and I also really like the length of the videos.
23:35 floating-point imprecision. decimal numbers in computers can only store a limited number of significant digits, and the decimal point can "float" around them. for pretend's sake, let's say it's five significant digits. so you can store 12345, or 12345000, or 0.0012345, but you can't store 12345.6, for example. if you try, it just gets rounded to 12346. similarly, 12345600 gets rounded to 12346000. once you fall far enough, you start seeing these rounding errors because the position of each part of the model is burning more and more of those significant digits on the distance from you to the world center, with less digits available for the distances between fine details on your gun and arms. for it to happen _that_ quickly, however, suggests that you had no terminal velocity -- you were just falling faster and faster forever
I love that you're doing these types of videos now. I do have a guilty pleasure love for buggy and janky video games, this content is just perfect. Your commentary makes these gems so. much. better. :D Thank you! Edit: Also thank you for ruining every banister in every indie game ever for me. xD
When I saw the first out of bounds was with a door right next to a very tight corridoor with walls, my thought was "well, doors and colliders are very difficult so if the door pushes you in just the right way then it is pretty easy to clip out of bounds" What I was not expecting was it just.... teleporting you out of bounds.... That I cannot explain lmao
probably it tries to load the next scene when you interact with the door, so by interacting with it in a way it didn't expect it loaded into a scene where your coordinates happen to be OoB
Today I learned stabbing is a common British kink. Not sure about the usefulness of this piece of information, but I hope not to find out anytime soon.
Oh, that's a Penanggalan, and it is indeed a monster from Indonesian folklore. By day it looks like a regular woman, but by night its head detaches trailing its innards with it, and it flies around in search of prey: it particularly hungers for the unborn children of pregnant women. The best defense against the monster is to plant spiky plants near your house, like thistles or pineapples, so that its innards get tangled up in them.
Ok this is going to sound weird, but my grandmother has a marionette that's exactly like the figures at 1:36 and in all the loading screens. Looks literally identical, but with nicer clothes. (See how the arms are segmented and the hands stick up? Under the dress is a stick that controls the head and balances the body) I can't remember if she picked it up when she was in Asia (between the Korean and Vietnam wars) or if her father (My great grandfather) got it while he was a traveling agricultural science professor. Wherever my family got it, this game is making me wonder if all the friends I've shown it to were right about it being creepy. I think it's neat!
You don't understand how much I love this series. You remind me a lot of a TH-camr in my country that used to have the same exact series. Unfortunately, he's long gone now... he only play DBD on Twitch.
15:50 That note with the super small writing, well... I took a screenshot of it, then I took it into the photoshop express app and sharpened the pic, got rid of visual noise, and fixed about 8 other settings to make the text darker ans easier to read. I was able to get the full note to a legible point now. There are a few grammatical errors, too, which makes it even harder to read normally but I excuse the dev(s) because it's an Indonesian game so English isn't their 1st language. Anyway, after I tweaked the pic I could clearly read what it said lol. The note: _"Ki Indra Note (1) I hate this, I want to be born as ravathar, no need to sell my pride No need to work hard, I can try everything I want, even it will failure I can try another way. I hope goverment make regulation that only rich people can have a child, so people like me never touch these pain..."_
A quick explanation, ravathar is the name of a rich celebrity's son in indonesia. The kid's a meme here cause he's pretty much set for life since birth (he's not bratty or spoiled, not that i know of atleast, just ridicolously rich) so the person is essentially saying he wants to be reborn as part of a wealthy family.
The knife you get at the start is a moro kris, a javanese (don’t worry, didn’t misspell that) dagger that’s pretty underrated. the sheathes they come in are some of the best wood work you’ll ever see. very pleased to see it in a videogame

And then you have a pistol as primary weapon from western 😂 2:31 that is plastic chair btw, hehe What i want to says is, i am so happy my favorite youtubers known about Indonesian culture just fron this game 😂
Ive seen that house used in a lot of games. Theres a steamer i watch that almost exclusively plays horror games, and that house was used in many of the horror games ive watched him play. The only game the name i can remember of is one of the episodes of fears to fathom, which was actually a good game
That floating head monster is called a penanggalan, basically a vampire. It's strange because that is a Malaysian monster and not an Indonesian one IIRC.
As far as I'm aware, they're present in several areas of Southeast Asia, but some places use different names for them. It's actually really bizarre how many cultures around the world have a creature in their myths and legends that is a flying head that detaches from the body to attack people. There are similar monsters in Japanese, Native American, and South American folklore as well.
for those who are wondering what's the meaning behind 'i want to be born as ravathar', for context ravathar is the son of an extremely wealthy indonesian celebrity
the code for the safe with the numbers does have to do with the fruit list. apples weigh 1 and bananas weigh 2. then you just have to enter that in the right order you get from the list. they did mess up the placement of fruit if this is the case as bananas on the scale weighed one and a banana and an apple weighed 3, thus making banana 1 and apples 2.
I swear, that house asset has become the new HQ Residential. I’ve seen it in way too many games as of late. This game has potential, honestly. If the dev just worked on the mechanics and the issue with the invisible walls, it’d be an overall decent indie game.
16:25 The weird notes that make no sense are nonsense. Its meant to distract you from the numbers. Its the orange symbols you need to focus on. They’re numbers mirrored and placed back to back. The first note by the front door is the number 2 mirrored and placed back to back hence the shape. The second note in the yard is possibly a 4 or a 1 mirrored and placed back to back.
I don't know why but I get amazed whenever anyone references a book, rather than any other form of modern media. Rare. Might pick up "All Tomorrows" on audio, looks really cool Edit: 20 min into the video... The looping hallway is an inspired recreation of P.T and lad did a decent job of it as well. As someone else mentioned, the developer was clearly a fan of RE, and P.T as well (but that's literally anyone who likes horror games; best horror game ever made) and scrambled some mechanics and features from those games to make his own. Not too bad of a job if he developed this alone.
at 20:00 when you are stuck in that looping area it reminds me of a silent hill demo from some years ago where you need to go through it 3 times then look in one spot and that specific area was different and it triggers the next sequence but its so weird
That floating head looks really familiar for some reason, I swear I have seen it in some other indie horror game a few years ago. I just don't remember where
23:40 The reason why models do this is because in most games (if not all) the models are calculating in floating-point numbers. Those numbers have a certain precision that gets halved at every power of 2. Above 16 mil or so, every calculation will get so inaccurate and buggy that you can't even see the things properly. This is an over-simplification + my own interpretation / understanding of the thing. So, take it with a grain of salt... or maybe a spoonful.
I don’t know if the “floating head lady” is called the same thing in Indonesian Folklore, but in Filipino folklore at least that creature is called a Wak wak! It’s like… a witch, vampire, ghoul thing that feeds on pregnant women apparently. If I recall, anyway. I’m just going off what my Filipino relatives have told me about the creature.
Wait a second, I recognize that floating head with the long hair. Looks like it's the same one used in that game E.Y.E.S. that had some circulation several years ago
As much as I like this series, I wish you'd do games that aren't horror games because it's slowly getting repetitive. I get that most awful games on Steam are horror games, but I'm sure you could find more genres. :D

The floating head thing you tried to shoot is a Penanggalan. It's a vampiric monster from Southeast Asian folklore. It is cool to see lesser-known monsters, at least!
Hello fellow SEA man
Yeah but what a lame creature.
@@planexshifterIts uncool, until ya know the price of their organ when you hunting them XDD
Joke, we respect our folklore :D
If i remember correctly sudoku also requires you to have unique numbers in each field (square) while also keeping the lineas and rows rule true.
I love that you're doing these types of videos now. I do have a guilty pleasure love for buggy and janky video games, this content is just perfect. Your commentary makes these gems so. much. better. :D Thank you!
Edit: Also thank you for ruining every banister in every indie game ever for me. xD
When I saw the first out of bounds was with a door right next to a very tight corridoor with walls, my thought was "well, doors and colliders are very difficult so if the door pushes you in just the right way then it is pretty easy to clip out of bounds"
What I was not expecting was it just.... teleporting you out of bounds.... That I cannot explain lmao
probably it tries to load the next scene when you interact with the door, so by interacting with it in a way it didn't expect it loaded into a scene where your coordinates happen to be OoB
Please never stop with this series

He's basically describing how to play the old electronic toy "Simon". A classic.
Today I learned stabbing is a common British kink.
Not sure about the usefulness of this piece of information, but I hope not to find out anytime soon.
Me: "I wish there's more Indonesian based horror game."
Me after watching this game: "I'll be grateful with what i have."
At least you'll always have the DreadOut games!
Lol, I mean idc, its just best to never knew these things exist...
I thought its Kuyang 😂
I think it's neat!
lmao so satisfying to hear you bring in elements of previous vids xD I was dying at you trying to go up to "Senior Sister's Bedroom" LOL
These types of videos are so fun to watch along with your commentary. Keep making more!
The code to the safe was in the fruit note 15:13. Banana is 2 and Apple is 1. How would you know this? What connection is there? Uh.....
You don't understand how much I love this series. You remind me a lot of a TH-camr in my country that used to have the same exact series. Unfortunately, he's long gone now... he only play DBD on Twitch.
Making a series about shitty games and ending up actively playing dbd... it's kinda beatifully ironic
The note:
_"Ki Indra Note (1)
I hate this, I want to be born as ravathar, no need to sell my pride
No need to work hard, I can try everything I want, even it will failure
I can try another way. I hope goverment make regulation that only rich people can have a child, so people like me never touch these pain..."_
Wiz losing his horror game touch. The shitty jump scares are getting him lmao, I'm here for it.
Really, not with E as in "Keris"?
Been hovering on the sub button for a few vids now, but these consistent uploads finally convinced me that I need your content on my feed. Thanks for these entertaining looks at some truly baffling games (or the many scams simply dressed up as games).
Bro im am so looking forward to these. I have even brought others to the channel. These are amazing. Keep up the good work, for real!
Love you for playing the games that from my homeland :D
My opinion at this game, it feels weird how you have the weapons, that first is "Keris" for tacticle "folks" weapon. And then you have a pistol as primary weapon from western 😂
2:31 that is plastic chair btw, hehe
What i want to says is, i am so happy my favorite youtubers known about Indonesian culture just fron this game 😂
Ive seen that house used in a lot of games. Theres a steamer i watch that almost exclusively plays horror games, and that house was used in many of the horror games ive watched him play. The only game the name i can remember of is one of the episodes of fears to fathom, which was actually a good game
8:13 that Head is straight from the Game Eyes lmao
I like that the story from this game is that a poor kid got rich scamming people with crypto and was punished by the divine by haunting his house.
Once again, thank you for suffering for us! This is such an interesting series! :D
i love how you are not too harsh on this series, because you know prolly 1 or 2 people worked on this
keep up the good work with the videos mate
That floating head monster is called a penanggalan, basically a vampire. It's strange because that is a Malaysian monster and not an Indonesian one IIRC.
As far as I'm aware, they're present in several areas of Southeast Asia, but some places use different names for them. It's actually really bizarre how many cultures around the world have a creature in their myths and legends that is a flying head that detaches from the body to attack people. There are similar monsters in Japanese, Native American, and South American folklore as well.
@@LaydiNite Yeah, I think it's SEA thing. It's called kuyang in Indonesia.
for those who are wondering what's the meaning behind 'i want to be born as ravathar', for context ravathar is the son of an extremely wealthy indonesian celebrity
Bruh, why should Rafathat in these game? 😂
Althought its Rafathar, not Ravathar
8:10 I recognize that ghost-asset. It´s used in the game "Eyes".
21:55 It actually got me in the middle of the day whilst watching it in a video XD Good job!
Bro that hand jump scare was so out of pocket that it made me jump
the noises you made during the safe sequence puzzle are not cringe, if it works for you, then it's great
I don’t know if it’s a bug,or a feature,but I kinda like how the enemies ran off,like the hand at 10:39
21:48
Gosh darn it. I was eating breakfast, and very nearly spat cereal all over my laptop with that one.
3:43 "I'll swallow your soul, I'll swallow your soul" *flips middle finger*
the code for the safe with the numbers does have to do with the fruit list. apples weigh 1 and bananas weigh 2. then you just have to enter that in the right order you get from the list. they did mess up the placement of fruit if this is the case as bananas on the scale weighed one and a banana and an apple weighed 3, thus making banana 1 and apples 2.
EXACTLY!!
That knives is actually Deadly Traditional Weapon from Indonesia🇮🇩
Is called "Kriss" from Jawa
At least credit the poor guy properly for helping you through a living nightmare :c
He did in the dooblydoo.
I swear, that house asset has become the new HQ Residential. I’ve seen it in way too many games as of late.
This game has potential, honestly. If the dev just worked on the mechanics and the issue with the invisible walls, it’d be an overall decent indie game.
You should keep track of these games, and create a list of them - like Matt McMuscles does with his Worst Fighting Game series.
How great is Mathew?
@@planexshifter pretty good
Just found your channel and I can’t stop binging these
9:58 Yoshikage Kira would like to know more about this game.
Oi oi oi, you got a loisence for that knoif?
I don't know why but I get amazed whenever anyone references a book, rather than any other form of modern media. Rare. Might pick up "All Tomorrows" on audio, looks really cool
Edit: 20 min into the video...
I could have sworn that the model for that Penanggalan is the same model in a different game that goes by the name of EYES.
These videos are like a love letter made out of attention that those games would never have gotten
love your vids, they always make me laugh
It’s so adorable when he gets scared I love it 😂😂 that jump going down the stairs 😂😂
It's always a joy to see a Wiz upload.
at 20:00 when you are stuck in that looping area it reminds me of a silent hill demo from some years ago where you need to go through it 3 times then look in one spot and that specific area was different and it triggers the next sequence but its so weird
So happy, was just watching your backlog of videos!
that hand coming out of the door scared the crap out of me
I can see this game put a lot of inspiration from bunch of indie titles. Cry of fear, Evil within, silenthill, Resident evil, second life. 9.5/10
"So the reason I actually wanted to play this game was because, knife." Yeah that's reasonable lmao
That floating head looks really familiar for some reason, I swear I have seen it in some other indie horror game a few years ago. I just don't remember where
The Eyes
It's called kuyang/leak, and yeah it's a witch too
12:33 I feel that
This series is what made me subscribe to the channel. Hopefully it will be a long one.
4:30 that is the biggest piece of paper 8 have ever seen in my life, even accounting for the fov
I don’t know if it’s a bug or feature, but I like how the enemies run off, like the hand at 10:39
Wait a second, I recognize that floating head with the long hair. Looks like it's the same one used in that game E.Y.E.S. that had some circulation several years ago
Love that easy mode is called Isekai. 😂
Although as a difficulty name it makes no sense, they're basically calling it "another world" difficulty.
@@crystalgoddess4085 It's a metaphor, not literal.
14:15 Loved the reference from the last video 🤣👏
I love this "worst game on steam" series. Could watch for hours. 😁
I’m pretty sure that clock puzzle hallway is based on P.T. Because it looks exactly the same
"I hope government make regulation that only rich people can have child..." AHAHAHAHA!
That floating head is the one from Eyes: the horror game, its an old mobile game
"The idea of actually having a weapon in a horror game is pretty cool."
Dead Space: Am i joke for you?
Somehow I came across your channels and im really enjoying your videos! Also when you say omg you sound like Bob from bobs burgers :3
As much as I like this series, I wish you'd do games that aren't horror games because it's slowly getting repetitive. I get that most awful games on Steam are horror games, but I'm sure you could find more genres. :D
