As a former childhood dancer who grew up in a strict ballet school (also with a russian teacher!!...but over here in Sydney Australia)... this chat gave a lot of solace and relatability I haven't heard before.... it's a pretty niche cloistered world we dancers grow up in... so to have public figures address it and its implications into adulthood... it's really really special. Keep it up!! Can't wait to see what comes next!

It's how we learn where we should be in life. However, people are also 4D there are many reasons to do and not do things.
I am not a dancer, never did anything near dancing (besides dancing in my room trying to recreate things from dance moms😂) BUT I loved this episode!! In every sport there are moments where you feel like you fail. You always get those moments where you do something wrong…. In your teens/20’s there happens so much and we have to try to let the perfectness go… for me that’s so difficult!!

Yeah it’s beyond okay, you actually should spend time trying stuff in your 20s. Career success can come whenever, but becoming a well rounded person is way easier now than later. And that means failing at stuff and taking it in stride
