Great video. I like both camera angles as they provide different views that are needed to see what you are cooking (some up close, some far away). I also appreciated the chopping shots as everyone chops differently and its nice to see how “the experts” do it. You can always start the video and end with your face- we love seeing you! These fajitas are so yummy and easy to make. And the spices are minimal- and ones most people already have in their spice rack. This is a great meal to put on your weekly meal list and you can even round it out with some Mexican rice or plain brown rice or just a simple side salad with lime/lemon juice on top.

I love putting a slather of oil-free hummus or baba ghanoush on the tortilla before layering on the stir-fried veggies.

Do you ever use Braggs Amino Acids instead of Soy sauce?
No. The sodium content is higher than regular soy sauce.
