This video is a tie-up with PRODECA.
I have never really thought about "Catalan cuisine" before, but in fact, pintxos, which I used to make often, is a typical Catalan dish.
I was given a wonderful opportunity to attend a workshop by Josep Barraona, a leading figure in Spanish gastronomy in Japan.
I was given a recipe that I could easily prepare at home, so I tried to make a Catalan dinner at home!
It turned out so delicious that I'm going to share it with you all.
I hope you will try making some of the dishes that you liked.

*Sauteed pork with romesco sauce → Noritaka Sekiguchi / Tea oval dish
*Albondigas con sepia “Mar i Muntanya” → Eva Kengen / Bowl 15cm ASH
*Sanfaina → Shinpei Mawatari / Hibi Kobiki plate
*Sopa de ajo (garlic soup) → Yoshiko Nitta / Glass bowl
*Pa amb tomaquet → Akihiro Nikaido / Yakishime long rectangular plate
*Pork fillet and escalivada pintxos → Akihiro Nikaido / grilled long rectangular plate
*Sparkling wine → Spiegelau / Champagne glass
