I recently hosted a birthday dinner for a wine-loving friend!
We selected a menu inspired by her favorite wines.
I think I was able to create a well-balanced dish that matched the wine while also using seasonal ingredients.
As usual, we enjoyed chatting and drinking while eating and drinking, and we were very satisfied with the cake and tea after the meal☺.
