This movie is the cinematic representation of a video game that doesn't exist and Daxus is the final boss.
Except the final boss doesn't feel even remotely exciting when you're not the one holding the controller, but you know the end credits are about to roll.

Everything about Mila is amazing but to me her most beautiful and mesmerizing attributes are her eyes. I've had a sort of ability to read a person through their eyes since I was a boy but her eyes are incredibly hard to read and are quite possibly the most beautiful challenge I've ever faced in a person's personality (in a funny metaphorical sense) you could say her eyes have challenged me without even trying to and I've accepted the challenged lol.

I always got this movie and Aeon flux mixed up, they were both so great. Reminds me of the movie Equilibrium too, the dystopia themed world where the main character realizes something is amiss never fails to attract my attention. I miss the early 2000's dystopian movies.
The guy who plays Daxus really looks like he could be pretty good as Dr Octopus in the MCU.

People give this movie shit, and I completely agree to a point and understand, but if this was a video game id be chuffed to play it.
The movie does veer into the realm of camp and cheese a bit. Part of the problem being that a lot of foundational elements are never given a proper explanation (like how she is able to load hundreds of gun into her wrists), and we're left to wonder what the heck is going on with those things. And that makes it feel weak.
But even so it's still a really fun flick to just kick back and enjoy.

The swords are on fire because they got soaked by the flammable liquid from the gun. Their wounds were on fire because they also got wet from the flammable liquid when the swords cut them.

Okey the special effect are bad. But the story and The action scenes are good. Violet Is a great and sexy actress for my opinion perfect for this type of film. His movements are amazing. I want a remake to this movie. Kill Bill is similar but I dont like it. The idea for this film wasn't bad. Maybe direct by some famous writer this film it could be badass.

Since this movie is based on the fictional future. Daxus is a billionaire who can craft armor and helmet(that is not made of glass), buys a shield for his left hand and he might defeat Violet in his situation. Not that I’m taking sides or anything.

Not every hemophage got the same level of abilities. It's kind of a lottery. So they would get different sensitivities to light, some pairs of fangs would be more prominent than others, some would be stronger than others, some would be faster. Ya know, completely randomized depending on how lucky the individual was.
