I love a good grocery haul video that focuses on healthy foods. ❤ Sadly, we don't have Whole Foods or Trader Joe's nearby, but I do recognize some of those brands! Side note: Ryan really shines in this video. He is realistic about the item costs, but still understands (as much as possible) that it is more expensive for people with health problems. 😊 You are spot on about the cost of buying 5 individual supplements versus one more expensive one, especially when you only have to take one pill instead of three!
This video reminded me to go through and throw out any residue snacks or unhelpful foods after easter. I know myself: if i keep it in the house Ill eat/drink it. Not buy it thats my strategy. And IF I get myself a treat it needs to be bought serving size. For example : not a bottle of wine: a quarter bottle/mini size. It makes it easier for me. Same with chocolate or other sweets❤
Yes, we have a water bottle graveyard in our van. But we have three boys (11, 9, and 5) that are very active and in better shape than me. So we can’t got ANYWHERE without a water bottle, LOL! Usually it’s their reusable bottles that they forget they’ve already filled up. So they take over the van...and the house...and any surface, LOL! Such a cute video! We have HEB down here in Texas. After seeing prices of stuff in Cali, I am loving my HEB more and more! Thanks for showing us realistic detox! Love & blessings and Happy New Year! 🎆🎊🎈 🥳

Thank you for this video. Very informative and real. Also I am new to LSF. I came from another program similar to this one, however, the food often was not realistic and many ingredients weren’t readily available. I need to have meals that are reasonable and attainable. I also have a family of 5 so I don’t want to have to cook my food separate from theirs, then it becomes double the work for me. Thank you for easy to make food options and very informative videos such as this one! My only suggestion is to make full length workout videos. Otherwise I keep having to rewind the video each time I do another set which distracts from the workout. Besides that, so far very happy with your program. Thank you ☺️
omg I love those white cheddar hippeas so much! lol I was legit obsessed with them a while ago, I'd finish a whole bag in one sitting, til I decided to check the nutritional content and saw how many calories/carbs were in it(a lot). still my favorite snack though!
It's somehow calming and making me feel less "bad" to see that you, too, have a ~"guilty snack cabinet" ... as you otherwise set such an admirable example across the board! What kind of exercise do you do for your “cardio” 😘 as I find I do a lot of strength training stuff and sweat a lot doing it however it’s not so much getting my heart rate up very very high is this still okay for me? Thank you
Super thirsty all the time, too, but no water bottle graveyard...carry 2-32 oz nalgenes around with my filtered water. Generally, that'll cover it while I'm out and about.
You mentioned you eat swordfish. I have been wanting to try it, but I am not sure what it tastes like or how to cook it. Do you have a go-to recipe for swordfish?

I’m not going to lie....I am so happy that you are okay with drinking. Every health TH-camr I watch do not drink because “alcohol effects your metabolism.” But they never say what it does. They say it doesn’t necessarily make you gain weight unless you are drinking beer or drinks with lots of sugar (I do not, I am a neat whiskey girl.), but I also wondered what was so bad about alcohol. Anyway, I love your channel. Your thyroid issue hits home because I’m going to get checked out for that. Do you really like the celery juice? Another youtuber I watch uses it but she has to force it down.

After Christmas, I had half of the fudge I made left, but I threw it away because it was too sugary even though it had some healthy ingredients in it (coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple sugar). I feel proud of myself because I wouldn't have been able to do that before.

Hi girl! One way of saving the avocado from turning brown is keeping the pit in the half of avocado or brushing it with either olive oil or lemon juice and refriderating them! Let me know if it works for you!

... slso, hang on to the Trader Joe's Just Beets chips. Really. They are an awesome source of energy/snack, pretty low cal, and don't even have so much as a touch of added salt in them. I got hooked on those when I did Whole 30. They absolutely rock.

I always try to use organic and natural toothpaste whenever possible, I also have to use sensitive care ones for my teeth. Floss every night as well!

You can if you want but that's just plastic we don't need since we was our veggies off anyway at home (this is my take on it)
