Best quest guide for these achievements/challenges. Followed another guide which was poorly put together and I failed the challenges. This guide got me all 3 and I finished around 19 minutes, well under the 37 minutes allowed.

Is that possible in the very first run? or only after completing the quest once? Also do i have infinite time to complete JUST the quest? And can i die as often as i want? I only got 1 Monitor so it will be a little hard to follow the guide without beeing a little afk ingame so the ghost might get me...
Gotta do the quest first and everything's explained in the vid regarding those questions. I'd recommend using displayfusion program even with just a single monitor because you can split your screen and make a preset for full screen and half screen. That way you can watch videos while playing the game on half screen at the same time
This was a godsend. Even on my second and third play through, I was struggling to keep up with you. Also, you can tell if the dad-ghost is behind the door if there is smoke coming out of the bottom of the door - no need to peek each time

I've been player osrs and after getting several 99s, I've decided to try rs3 and also try a different approach. I'm going to try to do as many quests as possible to see how high my stats can go without dedicating large amounts of time to skilling. This guide has been very helpful

Not sure why jagex doesn't have an option to NOT rotate your camera every time you enter a new room. This was the cause of me getting lost many times. Make sure you are reseting your camera orientation every time you enter a new room, or have fun getting turned around. This guide is a life saver. Quests like this make me want to call jagex so I can tell them off.
Gee' this is an insane quest!!! From start of it I got attacked by a bat at entrance which I clicked on by mistake to attack 🤣. No polite words to describe the feeling when needing to restart the last part from all the way down the stairs... why the h... they don't place you at the end of stairs!?! Altogether I must tell ya a big THANK YOU from my heart! It would take ages to sort out everything not even thinking to do it without food 😆Amazing tutorial in all aspects! Keep up the good work! *btw ..the bats outside: I got a full revenge killing them after the quest filling my bank with bat wings for crafting haha🥂
Thank you so much for this guide. I was getting so much bad rng while speedrunning, the ghost kept harassing me in almost every door I needed to go through almost costing my run.
My gf and I did this quest together on our respective accounts just trying to figure it out, in the end I figured it out and then did hers which took pretty much half the day 😂, I was curious and looked up the quest cos I thought I had done all the f2p quests years ago before I became a member, turned out I hadn't and there were many cool rewards to this so I had to try again, I tried to memorise all the rooms the same day so I could do it quickly, and managed to do the first half really quickly, then it started getting hard with the purple rooms as I lost too much damage going into the wrong rooms and losing time, I looked up this guide and it was so helpful, I did all the challenges 2nd try on my account then 1st try on my gfs account, it's an adrenaline rush cos of the monster spawning ontop of you near the end when you need to go to the doors directly adjacent on two different occasions, anyway, pretty fun quest now that it's over, awful quest when you're in the middle of it, I will probably have dreams about that mansion now having spent so much time in it 😂
Honestly that was rough, thanks to this video I finally managed to complete it, but damn a timed challenge with dialogue that takes a minute just to skip through is infuriatingly frustrating.
I did this quest halfway through(and then quit) 2 years ago with a different quest guide(i think) the fact that i cant reset this quest and start from the beginning made things very awful, spent like an hour cos i got stuck on the part with the butler behind the door, u could open it and i couldnt, i had to go out into the entrance of the building and move the butler to be able to follow ur guide again... 10/10 not being able to reset the quest xd
Could follow until 21:30 but the game tells me the door is locked (combination lock) and i tells me i dont know any of the symbols. Can anyone tell me what i have missed?
