Hi guys, how safe is Sandton? I am looking to buy a house there, and it appears that there are no estates(gated community) only suburbs

I stay centeral in Sandton, I’ve seen the neighborhoods. It’s super safe. There’s 24 patrolling security vehicles throughout the neighborhoods. Strangers can’t even roam around your street they’ll be escorted away immediately.
