I'm really hankering for the Losi SBR, but they're out of stock everywhere, would you recommend this as a worthy replacement? Losi parts are compatible?
I had both the SBR and SDT I ran them both together along with my UDR, the SDT handled better more durable not broken anything on it yet but the SBR has had new rear axle housing rear centre drive shaft and left side front upper/lower suspension arms and a new ESC,also had toswap out the transmitter and receiver due to glitching and range issues so now got a SR6000T receiver and used my DX6R transmitter I sod the SBR and kept my SDTanother reason for keeping the SDT it ran 8S out the box, the SDT body is nicer looking and stronger, the tyres work better in all conditions but the SBR ones work better in loose sandy or soily conditions. I hope in time they will be a SRR clone coming out soon as I would like the Rock Rey but if it is as unreliable as the SBR I will wait and get a cheap used one so I will not mind spending money to sort it. All the LOSI and aftermarket upgrade parts fit the Super Desert Truck afun vehicle and better than my UDR, the only thing's better are my Kraken-RC VEKTA-5 & KV5TT along with my LOSI 5ive-T, FID Dragon Hammer, yes I have a seriouse gas 5th scale addition 10 and counting LOL my recomendation buy the SDT over the SBR/SRR and UDR and enjoy, oh I did swap out the SK/Fly receiver and transmitter to a Spektrum AVC receiver Bound to my Spektrum DX4R best comb IMHO.

No mate I bought the alloy parts and it does come 8s capable with a rebranded max6 esc but I swapped for a max5 esc to keep temps down. 1👍
