Thanks for your very well explained information. I cleaned the drum and still having half page not clearly printed! what might be the main reason for this issue? Thanks again
my HP 179fnw and 181fw can still run after refilling without changing chip, just set on the printer menu. can we do the same on samsung catridge? is there a setting on the printer to make it continue printing without changing chip?
Probably the best detail video I’ve ever seen! Thank you for sharing! One question, after what point is it absolutely necessary to take these steps versus just refilling the cartridge and putting a new chip in? Is it after two or three refills that you’ll need to start doing this type of maintenance? I have refilled all of our cartridges one time already and so far they’re still printing very well. I’m assuming at some point I’ll have to start taking them apart as shown in your video. .
Thank you for very informative video. I have a issue with these cartridges. I use original Samsung 504s toner cartridges but two of the cartridges not working properly. It seems like the issue is with the developer roller. the toner covered developer roller shows small lines throughout. when the print comes it shows lines full width of the paper parallel to the direction of the paper movement. I tried cleaning the rollers, doctor blades and sealing blades but no change. I have this issue for two toner cartridges. What is the reason for this? Is this a problem with "developer roller"? If so where can I buy developer roller?
the metal blade of the developer roller is defective, or the developer roller is damaged,, for that defect there is no other possibility. I think the problem is the doctor blade
Thank you for this useful video! But I faced the following issue. My clp-415nw printer has about 40% of toner and the cartridges are all original (bought with the printer). Recently it started to show red dirt on the prints - sometimes at the left side and sometimes on all the paper surface when the printed image contains red elements. Could you please advise and assist how could I clean/fix it? flic.kr/p/22fTxGV
Nice of you to share many years of your knowledge in your videos,

The problem could be the transfer belt. the defect is related to all colors?

No, the chip is different

I's a quite simple cartridge that prints only a thousand of copies, probaly 2-3 times if the toner roller blade does not become dirty

Starter cartridges have very little toner on them, I think the problem is the magenta toner cartridge even if it's at 40%
