There's a reason Tony Soprano drove an Escalade. With its hulking proportions, powerful V8 engine (and torquey diesel V6), and lavish features and technology, few vehicles can match the Escalade. Shoppers have a few options: there's the Lincoln Navigator and the Grand Wagoneer, but the European three-row crossovers don't have the size or the capability of these American full-size SUVs. Great review. Premium Luxury or Premium Sport are great upgrades from Luxury trim. Platinum is obviously the ultimate, and yes, I have one. I enjoy the many additional options. The extra price is the only painful part of ownership. Considering the size, the mileage per gallon or litre, is not as bad as it could be. The V in my opinion is just crazy.
Everyone questioning the reliability of the Escalade, it's the most reliable SUV out there. Where are you people getting your info from? The Escalade in my opinion, is the best looking large, luxury SUV. I test drove almost all of them.

I do agree with you honestly. I really love how this vehicle looks. but reliability is a concern. even though I will never pay this price. but. Cadillac exterior style. is always awesome. and this one is amazing. the good thing about me buying used. I can tell how it holds up.
To overcome the ongoing reliability issues, I think extended warranty is the the option to go with , up to 120k miles , what isn’t used when you sell car , is refunded back to you .
What reliability issues? Most of this car, unfortunately, is the same as what is available in the Yukon and Tahoe. The engines/drivetrain have been around for many years and if anything, the parts are more tried and true than the Germans.

Nothing compares to the Cadillac Escalade it got that monster look image about it. The only Luxury SUV that comes close is the 2023 Denali Ultimate and that's also belongs to GM.
I would expect more power from that 6.2 engine in 2023.

These new Cadillac Escalades are low key the best and most high tech SUV money can buy. If you really do your research you’ll find nothing has as much tech and safety. We are almost at the end of 2023 and I’m still waiting on Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Range Rover to come out with similar tech.

I like the exterior of the Escalade but they need to do better with the interior options. The Navigator does a much better job.

That refers to the Escalade's torque output, but in newton meters (Nm) rather than pound-feet. Why did Cadillac choose to do this... who knows?

Body on frame and solid rear axle because it is truck based and optimized for towing.
It has a V8 configuration but it certainly isn't from the 70s.
Still sells in incredible numbers and most are sold in excess of $120,000.

I love the way the new the new Escalade looks however, I still think the navigator looks a little bit more stately and will age better over time. Reliability on both cars is a concern. I hear that new OLED screen Cadillac is using is giving customers nothing but problems. 🤷🏽♂️

Nextly fuel economy is far better in the lincoln navigator than the Cadillac escalade
I bought a 2023 sport platinum back in November I have 7000 miles on it now this Cadillac is nothing but a big junk last Monday it left me stranded on the road. It just turned off out of nowhere without any warning. Got it towed to the dealer in which they told me it needs a new engine. After investigating and searching I found out its an on going problem with this engine

I have a 21’ model and driven almost 35k miles. Haven’t had an issue with mine. Still looks amazing and take it everywhere.

IMPORTANT PSA! Does this have the idiotic AFM lifter system? If so, you'll have your top end taken apart by the dealer at around 10k miles. And they'll "fix" it with all of the same garbage that got you there in the first place. Look it up! And if you think I'm full of it, screen shot this comment before you by one!!

My brother’s engine gone in 15,000 miles then suspension in 16,200 miles. Think before you buy this 2023 Escalade.
