The 2022-23 Escalade is offering many luxury features on the higher models you probably didn’t know about. The Escalade has smart adaptive air ride control, 6 piston Brembo brakes, magnetic ride control with electric dual coil dampers which work better than all its competitors. The nose does not dive when braking like the GLS AMG 63, BMW X7 and Range Rover. The Escalade offers super cruise the best autonomous system out right now even better than Teslas version, with automatic lane change, motorized active and auto-aiming projection LED headlights, self parking, automatic soft close doors, lane keep assist, pedestrian alert system, automatic power folding, power tilting and heated mirrors, power panoramic sun roof, everything is rapped in leather and Alcantara in Headliner including the entire center console is rapped in leather on the Sports Platinum trim, the first one to use 8k OLED screens. Again ahead of its competitors. Escalade also offers augmented reality with map direction overlay, AKG 36 speakers system with Two Subs one in the back and one in the front, and let me tell you, it is the loudest system of any SUV I’ve been in. It also has 9 exterior cameras and 1 in the interior, the rear camera has a pop up sprayer for cleaning, vibration motors with tactile feedback in the seats, in the steering wheel and pedals, ambient lighting, night vision with AI detection, Heads up display with directions map overlay, Automatic deploying steps, a cooler, USB and USB type C everywhere even the 3rd row has USB type C, 14 way adjustable heated and cooled seats, 8 way massage seats, Apple CarPlay, and android auto compatible, with Siri or Alexa, dual screen rear entertainment, voices enhanced and noise cancellation system, body on frame, more space, a naturally aspirated V8, more luxury features/practicalities on another level. Another important quality is, easy to work on maintenance and repairs, stuff that the competition doesn’t have. This is the reason the Escalade is outselling all its competitors 8 to 1

Galactic Gray Metallic! The GM Metallic paints have been high quality for quite awhile. Love Metallic paints for the different shades and reflections you get 😎 👌 ❤

I am interested in Cadillacs for the comfort and suspension, like floating above the road. It's important as our roads fall apart and get rough, pot hole city.
Just finished watching the Lincoln navigator and now this. I enjoyed both. I think you are correct this is much better with the NA V8. not that I will ever own one. Unless... I need to run to the store I think power ball is drawing tonight.

Caution if you live in North America this Review is NOT for you. It goes on and on about the size. Btw 2007-2014 Suburban/Yukon XL/Escalade ESV have had a bigger trunk space than 2022. Yes there is more legroom for the third row, but the trunk is actually smaller for 2022. As far as size you know the best selling car in the USA is F150. Park an Escalade next to it and you'll see how small she looks. Really want to do a review, then do it side by side with a 2019 shape.
I live in North America?! I am very much used to the size of vehicles we have here but a portion of my viewers are from Europe where some of their cars are tiny, that's why I talked about it. I don't understand how me liking the size of the Escalade invalidates my review, I never state that it's too big.
So my dad recently was able to place three customized order's for the brand new Cadillac Lyriq EV one for him another for my mom and the last for my 22 year old step-brother all are fully-loaded and are the top trim all three are black inside and out and while we we're at it he offered that my first car was to be a 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury Platinum ESV 4WD fully loaded also in black with a black interior. The MSRP of my new Escalade came to a grand total of $160,826 (Canadian) and in USD the MSRP maxed out at $125,800 + $2675 in accessories and destination charges. I just received the car last Monday and I absolutely love it so far. Also I really enjoyed the review did you review that particular Escalade in Canada or somewhere in Europe? NOTE: I subscribed :)

And congrats on the Escalade, I am a little envious that you get to drive that beauty every day ;) Originally I am from Europe, but I moved here to Toronto over 3 years ago and have been doing all my car reviews here. Although it would be quite fun (and stressful) to fit an Escalade through a tiny Italian town I imagine haha. Beautiful car, well worth the money ( if you HAVE it ) . . . I see you had the same trouble with the sun visor that I have on my 2021 Buick Envision Avenir - you can't put it down with your left hand !!! It must be ALL GM visors ? They need to change that design. There should be a recessed area on the left side, too. I've only had my Envision for about a year, and only put 1,200 miles on it, but I STILL reach up to put it down and have to change hands !!!
That is a super interesting observation. I didn't even really remember that happening but with you pointing it out it seems like it's a minor design flaw. Thanks for pointing that out and I hope you'll get used to the sun visors in your Envision!
Personally I do like that the lack of 2nd row center console makes it easier to enter and exit the third row, but if you rarely use the full seating capacity I can certainly see how a center console would be preferable.
