    Take your time to answer to the offer, no hurry.
    Also, there is something called IG Metal tariff. Electrical or manufacturing companies have workers union called IG Metal. They pay in Tariffs. Make sure you research about what tariff level you will be paid.
    During negotiation, you can also try asking for Signing Bonus, Relocation bonus, if not bonus then assistance in relocation.
    Good luck 🤞

    I am currently working as a Senior Engineer in India, with a German automotive MNC (Previously worked with another big German MNC for 3.5 years) with total 5years of experience and a bachelor's degree. Currently, my pay is very much above average. How much can i expect from a start up job in Germany? The salary range? Considering i am from the same field?
    I have the salary negotiation tomorrow and would greatly appreciate any suggestions/help 😅

      As I said in the video, need to do your research on the company, how much they pay to that position, the expenses and purchase power parity of how much you are earn in india. Ask them accordingly and you can explain these reasons. Hear what they have to say on this.
      Good luck with the negotiations 🤞

    What are your thoughts about high taxes? So basically someone who's earning 50k and someone earning 100k doesn't have big difference .
    Earning 100k would put one in the 45% tax slab so after tax income would be 55k .
    This is very disturbing. Asides from great PR rules, good career opportunities these taxation doesn't make sense
    I want to live with my parents but cant find a way on how i can manage our expenses with this

    • @Rushikesh_Munde
      @Rushikesh_Munde  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes thats true. But 50k will also have to pay taxes.
      It's possible to get some tax return with investments.
      You are right in a sense. You wont become rich but lead a good life.

    What is the difference between non-tariff and tariff contract? Which one is better?

    • @Rushikesh_Munde
      @Rushikesh_Munde  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tariff comes where there is workers union for example IG Metal for manufacturing and electrical/electronics industry. The pay is fixed according to the levels there, less room for negotiation but advantage is you are protected by the rules of workers union and company has to follow them.
      Non Tarif is anything normal industry Standard pay. You can negotiate as per the skills.
      Both has their pros and cons. I would say don't have preference here. It doesn't affect much
