    30-35 Lakhs salary at the age of 25-26 in India is there but for very micro segment of the workforce which is not even 0.5% of the total graduated youth workforce which is present in the Indian Market.

    it seems Germany is for quality life. not to build bank balance for singles. if one in India is easily earning around 25 LPA with yearly expense around 4lakh only then probably no need to move anywhere. There is not big difference in salaries between India and germany for many sectors. but cost of living difference is so so huge.

      I beg to differ here. In India, only a few selected 24-25 year old (around 1-2% of all graduates) get the opportunity to earn 20+ LPA. But in Germany, average starting salary is 45000+ euro. This means not just top 1-2% of graduates but almost everyone earns this amount. I see huge difference here.
      Yes, cost of living is high (as compared to India) but if you live a decent lifestyle (similar to India), you can easily save 1.5+ lakhs per month.
      This is my personal experience + some experience from my friends.

      Ability to save is very important and necessary. But other than purchasing power and savings there are many important things to consider. Medical facility and expenses childcare and education, favourable environment for families and children to grow into sensible and competent citizens, work life balance, justice and legal systems, freedom and rights, social security, public amenities like transportation, clean water and air... We could go on but i think the point is these things are important. But is it a priority? Simple things like if I have a daughter of age out after dark, i would probably be a lot more worried in India than in Germany. Of course they are very personal choices and in the end each person has to decide for themselves. I knew that life is better in Germany before moving to Germany. But only after moving i really experienced and realised the extent of how much better it is. For me personally it's one of the best life decisions I made. One more point regarding finances is it might look like one is earning or saving relatively more in India, however quality education for say 2 children and healthcare can burn a significant portion of it in India which is practically taken care of in Germany.

    I think the only disadvantage of staying in Germany is that they are either technically challenged or they don't want to improvise. As far as I have been told by my spouse and friends who are already there every thing works old fashioned too much paper work for everything. Here in India we have so many apps to make our lives convenient everything is at the tip of our finger everything is digital . The foreign travels- easy access to travel to other European countries, the salary package are the only tempting factors Children will get free education however the syllabus will be in duetsch so this one doesn't work out for parents who are not from Germany cause we wouldn't be able to help them with home works and other stuffs unless we are fluent ourselves so would eventually need to put them in International Schools which might cost more . Ireland is a better option I believe which offers the same package and where tax is lesser compared to Germany . There would be no savings if only one spouse is working and has a family to feed
    I think besides IT sector and few other sectors German is a requirement. For the ones planning to move to Germany please do till A2 level for a peaceful process and start watching German movies for the accent and fluency or else life is gonna be jhand over there. I am learning too.

    You should not plan to work in Germany if you don't plan to settle down and retire there. The pension fund is difficult to get back if you leave inbetween and is a big money. In terms of salary Germany may give 1.5x salary but expenses and deductions are at least 3x. So go there for the lifestyle not for making and saving money.

    Almost nobody in India other than IIT grads, some MBAs and IT workers earn 35 LPA at that age in India. For most of us, the most common salary range at age 25-26 is 4-7 LPA.

    • @ajinkyamehere5365
      @ajinkyamehere5365 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      25-26 is anyways a very early age. Considering that you have finished high school at age 18, If you have done just a 4-year bachelors, you are 3-4 yrs in the workplace, so still at a junior level. If you've done masters or MBA after that, they you are literally just a fresher by then, maybe with 1-2 yrs work ex. And these are ideal cases. If you've taken a drop after 12th for entrance exams preparation, or if you took an extra year to graduate or you have a gap in your CV for whatever reason, then you are just a fresher and you can expect 3-4 LPA salary.

The average salary in IT sector at the age of 25 is 6 to 8 lakhs before taxes. And you get nothing benifits except your salary.. And now a days in india All are wanted to do Job in IT sector even electrical,mechanical, Civil even arts and commerce students, so the crowd is huge and chances is less.. the situation is not good sir

    Brilliant information as per your experience. My opinion is that although the salaries are good in India but the overall ROI for the taxes paid to the government is extremely miniscule compared to living in Europe. Education expenses for children has skyrocketed, for a child studying in 2nd standard the fees on average is Rs 3-4 Lakhs annually. The infrastructure is not yet developed compared to a country like China which has public transport infrastructure that is way ahead of even some of the developed countries in the world. If you are someone living in Europe with a good quality of life, please dont come back to India unless its for an emotional reason. Also, dont please get sold on the India story that the media has been peddling. Yes, the opportunities have evolved in the last 10 years, the digital infrastructure and the talent has also matured but these could be only 3-4 reasons out of 10 for relocating to India. You get taxed for everything and there are no benefits for the taxes that you pay, be it tangible or intangible.

    I think in India 35-40 lakhs and above is earned by some top college ststudents only (Tier 1) else you have to work very hard for that amount. And as we know getting into these top institutions is very tough (and I am general too). That's why I think Germany is way ahead, but India is catching up.
