Hoo boy, this guide was surprisingly technical. You have to execute one stage perfectly before you can proceed to the next (e.g. Bahamut must fall down when he's pressured or you may as well start over). I'm not as skilled as BltzZ, but I did it. It was messy, it was undignified, it was by the skin of my teeth, but I did it. Thanks for the guide!
With you there. I was tearing my hair out on the last round because Sonon didn't have enough MP to do the back and forth Thundaga thing like with Bahamut. Overall, the guide was helpful, if not a little bit too technical. I would've liked to know if he had a plan B in case you ran out of something or things didn't go exactly like in the video.
Way too technical. When he says every materia equiped is essential except two, no healing allowed and every move has to be executed to the second it leads me to believe that he recorded this and then narrated over the absolute best results of MANY attempts. Probably shouldn't be presented as an easy method.
This didn’t work for me at all. It has to be way to exact without a second of a mistake. I wouldn’t call it the ‘easy’ method. It looks nice when it does work tho. Congrats to those who’ve beaten it
The muscle memory has to be perfect. And not being able to practice Pride without basically having Ramuh and Bahamut mastered is super frustrating. I’ve got Bahamut and Ifirit down pat and can sometimes beat Ramuh. Been doing this way too long and am getting really fed up with it.
Just use the command system. You need to be precise with the shortcuts, but if you can’t react fast enough then just open up the commands menu. It makes the gameplay choppy but it means you don’t need to be exact with your timings
I think they patched this method on PC. They will not let you stagger Bahamut without him summoning first. Also, he doesn't always fall down when pressured which makes this method a lot of luck
I always get stuck in the part when I have to use Mug. It's like it doesn't connect it something and he doesn't get pressured for a second time. This throws off the entire battle and it's a guaranteed lose for me. This is a high risk/high reward method. If you mess up, you can't rely too much on MP seeing as it drains fast considering the Thundaga spell.
I have another issue. Even if I execute these steps as fast as possible, there are still two crucial moments when I run out of time. First is when pressuring Bahamut initially. Most of the time I'm unable to pressure him before he begins his countdown (which means he won't fall on the ground when pressured). If this happens, the whole plan falls apart and I may as well restart. The other time is when I manage to stagger him. He doesn't stay staggered long enough for me to pull off Synergized Windstorm + Synergized Art of War + Twirling Lunge + Banishment. I think the problem is that Sonon isn't generating ATB fast enough, even when not synergized. Not sure what to do.
I beat him by using synergized art of war when he’s in his countdown, that pressures him then you use that weird basic attack spam to build his stagger gauge rapidly

This is such a great guide. I wish I found this one when I needed to do this challenge. I instead found a guide that just didn't work, at least for bahamut. I made some comments on the video explaining how didn't work, bahamut wasn't falling when pressured, but the creator, and some stranger, jumped down my throat about it. So I wanted to search for more guides, even though I've completed this, just to see what else is out there. This video would have been the one to help. THANK YOU FOR THIS. I was having so much trouble with the other step by step guide when it came to Ramuh and P&J. I had Bahamut down. But I watched your video once and instantly beat them five minutes later, such a good guide!!
So I found that on the P&J fight it becomes exponentially easier if after you dodge the initial catch with the L2 trick if you stay as close as you can to him you can attack him in the air from behind to build ATB to cast lightning. You can cast lightning with Sonon as he has the ATB. When I finally beat it he actually died relatively early but I was able to finish off 75% of him by attacking him from behind and casting lightning. I also substituted barrier and revive with an HP and MP up. Got it first try after doing it this way. Great guide as usual. I had no trouble with Bahamut and Ramuh after I got the moves down.
I think they made an update to this. When I pressure him he doesn’t go down like this and just let me have at him. He’s still up and fighting back even while pressured.
Oh lord, I finally beat this freaking fight. Basically anything that did go wrong in my fight did, (ie. fighting long enough to see Judgement Bolt or being obliterated by the bolt beam). But the general template of using thundaga between Sonon and Yuffie was basically the general gist I got out of this video... and I got it after three hours lol Thank you for writing this up, I am so grateful that someone took the time to figure out this strategy and share it!
Just throwing this out there. Didn't have any of the suggested materia maxed. Just followed the synergy attack spam on Bahamut. Ifrit got summoned but I down Bahumut before he could get to three. Ramuh- Synergy + Wind Ninjitsu = Dog walked him first try.
Unless I was doing something wrong, you only OCCASIONALLY get that particular pressured form that Bahamut does when he's kneeling on the floor. Most of the time, he just hung there in the air with his head low and slightly slouching. His pressured state doesn't last very long them, but when he gets the longer one, he's a lot easier to finish off.
Found your video after beating Pride and Joy using my own strategy (heavy physical DMG + exploiting synergized attacks), love that you're using a magic build cause that's what I wanted to do!

Brumal dodging beam cannon is way too risky in the heat of the moment. Casting thundaga is way too risky with Yuffie. This is definitely not a beginner guide, it's good but I have extensive experience with the hardest combat sims and this is torturous.
Finally beat this challenge. Rahmuh was the difficult one for me. Took a while to learn his timings. Must have lost to him 15 - 20 times. Pride and Joy only took 3 attempts. Key to him was Brumal form for dodging the lasers. THANKS ALOT!!!!
Yeah this requires too much perfect input. I can pressure bahamut but he's standing up, not knocked down (that happened once in an hour of trying). After pressure wears off he uses umbral flare and if I try to mug, I get knocked out by the damage.
You have to pressure him before he begins counting down starting with five. If you do that he gets knocked down. To be able to pressure him before he starts counting, you have to spam thundaga so he doesn’t have a chance to attack even once. If he successfully attacks, he will be able to start counting down before you pressure him. Don’t forget to use the ATB Boost materia exactly as in the video to continue interrupting him with thundaga.
Finally beat this after multiple attempts. I lost track how many times I failed. Bahamut was easy after you execute everything perfectly. I struggled with Ramuh the most. No room for error as each mistake punishes you severely. Thanks for your guide. It was not easy but your loadout and boss breakdown helped me a lot.
Ramuh has definitely been the toughest boss for me. I'm constantly getting stunned and battered. Out of probably 20 tries (if not more) I've gotten past him once, and I was in pretty bad shape when I got to Pride and Joy
@@solanastan4196you must be assuming they're doing the Ramuh VR fight from Chadley. Doomsday is talking about phase two of top secrets fight on hard mode Ramuh. Much more difficult when you have to plan your equipment/ materia versus Bahamut, Ifrit, Ramuh, AND Pride & Joy.
He's giving me a hard time too, I think they must have patched how much stagger the ninja dive bomb attack builds =( cause cause i can get him pressured with the thundaga's but then when I go in and do the dive bombs he is no where near staggering.
After failing many times after following this method, I was able to do it using healing and my own method second try. Don't be afraid to include materia you think could be helpful if this doesn't work out for you.
Well, so far, I've gotten up to Pride & Joy once. But, I think with practice, I can beat all three. I'm definitely needing that Revive materia on Yuffie to keep them both in the fight.
Beat this, finally. It was an annoying fight, but having 2 Gotterdamnerangs for Yuffie and Sonon is fun. Just one last Trophy to get for this game. Soldier training for Yuffie.
When I try this Bahamut either activates Umbral Aura before I can get his stagger bar halfway and soon after leaves the pressured state, or he doesn't become repressured after I attempt a Mug.
A bit to late to the party but let me tell you this guide is absoutely insane I got it at my 5th attempt with a lot of luck because I sometimes messed up my timing but overall such a great guide. Thanks a lot!
For anyone who had trouble with Ramuh (like myself), I finally made it with the thunder materia joined with elemental materia, both being put on defensive slots. That will make you absorb some of Ramuh attacks. Plus, i used Aereal Nunjitsu ability of Yuffie so that distant attacks gave Ramuh way more damage. And with Sonon, i had the Syncronizied Materia joined with Aereal materia, and casted Aeroga when possible. I used Sonon's first weapon, that has good physical stat but also great magical power. The final boss was pretty easy, once you avoid his first Catch. Casted Thundaga with Yuffie, with Lighning Nunjitsu, and have Sonon just stay near Pride and Joy. Keep Yuffie far away from the enemy, and keep going with distant nunjitsu attacks to build ATB, and Thundaga or the Ligtning Dispersion level 1 or 2. To avoid his cannon, use dodge ability. KEY MATERIA for me for Yuffie: PARRY MATERIA, i could move faster and avoid attacks to build more ATB!
The lightning does help heal with only about 2 of ramuh's attacks but you still take damage and get stunned. It did help. I kept getting hit by the beam cannon but sonon sacrificed and I had yuffie use arise straight away. Summoned ramuh near the end which finished him off.
Some information to add to the video. It seems like the BltzZ has all combat manuals, as even with everything at maximum, my stats were lower than those shown in the video. As for Bahamut, what I could perceive is that he can't take any action to fall when under pressure. Every time he started counting or any other attack, he remained airborne when pressured. The stats make diference too when I use Mug. I need to use 2x. Regarding Ramuh, I believe the stats made a difference for me, as the attacks didn't deal as much damage as in the video. I didn't beat it yet.. but i'm sure i'm in the path.
great guide, but i had to read at other sites to understand the bahumut mechanics. e.g. it's probably important to review this video and mention his pressure state is triggered by when you attack Bahumut when he does countdown 5,4,3,2,1, and not by using Mug. It would be good if you can also mention mechanics which trigger their pressure etc for future videos. Other than that, awesome video - you made it look like a walk in the park but in fact it isn't lol XD P&J was Easy peasy and your video here indeed demonstrates how easy it is to execute your strategy against it.

in the bahamut fight, when you stagger him then do the dive bombs, for some reason I am not generating any pressure, did they patch this or am I doing something wrong?
I spend 8+ hours dying to this yesterday... mostly on ramuh, sometimes on the last boss. in One try I had the last one almost down and got greedy... however. I'll have to continue trying or maybe I should play chapter 1 on hard first for some manuscripts. But I wanted the LB-Gear before playing on hard. >.
I finally did it! I may not have much muscles, but they appear to still have a memory, so the 8+ hours of suffering and practice yesterday did help. And of course and at most your video did help! :D Thank you very much, now I can start my hard-play through with 2xGötterdämmerung. :D @@BltzZ

So I went in with a straight attack build. Learned Bahamats attacks and Brumal Dodged everything. The real tricky one is Ramuh. He killed me multiple times. I got lucky with him so no recommendations. For Pride and Joy, I found it easier to dodge roll out of the way of the beams. Get behind him, and start beating away at his health.
Take me a long time but I beat them and all thx to you for helping me the Pride and Joy was the hard one but when you say 2 seconds I beat him thx a lot bro for helping everyone with this guide!
Ez done in 45 minutes, during Ramuh i almost wiped to beam cannons but i spammed Triangle and Square Aerial Attacks to avoid his lazers. Destroyed him with non synergized Windstorm, since Sonon was already dead. Ramuh was the hardest Part for me. Pride and Joy done first try, even tho I got the silence. Brumal Form carried me hard since I‘m too stupid to perfect block

The first fight never goes this way for me, i follow it to the letter and he keeps getting pressured but always stays in the air Confused to what i'm doing wrong
You're not dealing enough damage to him before he starts countdown. You have to keep spamming thundagas about 5 or 6 should pressure and make him fall to the ground before countdown begins. If he does countdown you may as well restart cuz it will be hard to damage him up close
Uh viperhalberd this is completely false. You aren't dealing enough thundagas to him BEFORE bahamut does count down. If you have seen our streams before you'd see me test and breakdown these strategies live and execute them multiple times over a couple hours.
Jan 2023. In case anyone wants the TRUE easy mode... just put on elemental and fire into armor. Ifrit and the rockets on pride and joy just heal you. Success on my first try.
Thanks I just completed, I couldn't kill leviathan before he summoned Ifrit even though in my early attempts I did because he always had like a quarter of health left. and MAKE SURE you complete chapter 1 before this as there is a lot of cp from doing Fort Condor and finishing bosses.
I don't know how, but I've played this game all the way through Normal and Hard mode and only now just learned about the Synergized LB2 button. I've been playing with 1 hand tied beyond my back 🤯🤯🤯
So I have a question, on sonons weapon, I only have the two sets of linked materia slots and then one more single, how do you get that extra slot? There is no more materia slot upgrade available
The only way I managed to beat this challenge was discovering the LOCK ON TARGET control by pressing R3 on the controller so that my camera would always reposition on the enemy. It took me whole 2 years to discover this feature which is not in the manual of the game
Man your other strat for Weiss was golden for me, but this is next level hard bro. I get through bahamut alright, but I barely get through the ramuh fight. Try as a I might I keep getting hit by his attacks. Sometimes I get through it, and I thought I'd be in the clear with pride and joy but this fight is harder than base game, I don't care what you say lol. I keep dying to his beam cannon. What gets me is how wide an aoe and instantaneous it is and he tracks you with it right till he fires. I've only managed to have the atb to dodge it 2x and even so sonon and yuffie end up dying. Sometimes sonon gets hit with the beam by accident, other times he just gets taken out reviving me.
You earned my sub with this video man! I never got around to playing the Intermission DLC when it dropped and wanted to get my trophies back to 100% before diving into Rebirth. Other videos offered a similar strategy but you literally gave away the answers to the test with your commentary. I literally just followed your strat move by move and after getting my flow down, it became super easy to clear Bahamut. The other two bosses weren't that hard compared to him. I did have to spend some time grinding until my materia was maxed out but had to do the same thing in the base game so it is what it is. Looking forward to coming back to the channel and checking out your content on Rebirth!
Set up both characters with correct weapons, amulets, accessories, max materia, battle short cuts, and followed your step through precisely. I keep getting owned by Bahamut and he was not even close to being staggered. Tried for over an hour and a half and didn’t make much progress. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions?
I'm sry but I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Ramuh ALWAYS makes his final attack after about 1 minute. I can't even hit him with 3 wind strikes until he blows everything up. Wtf?! 😭
Edit: I dit it after a few attempts (and a day in between with sleep because of rage). Got better and better with the first two fights and got to P&J almost every time and finally managed to beat him. thanks!
Thanks for helping with bahamut, I had to do things slightly different for the ramuh and the pride and joy prototype as I kept getting stunned and hit by them. The pride and joy was pretty easy, using thundaga and yuffie's lightning attacks then a final ramuh summon finished him off.
For someone who heavily relied on Chakra, Magnified Healing and Pray, it is giving me anxiety seeing there are NO healing options in your buildup. But I guess if done right, you don't need to heal lol.
Bahamut is easy once you know the trick, but Ramuh is a hit or miss for me sometimes because I'm not good at dodging his attacks. Struggled quite a bit with pride and joy but saw one of the comments to put elem + fire to absorb his fire rockets and bagged the throphy on first try! I'm done with chadley VR.

Can't seem to get enough time on bahamut stagger to work in 3 abilities (syncro-windstorm/ syncro-art of war) or just overall I have a lack of ATB because the button mashing during syncro builds virtually no ATB

It's strict but you gotta pressure him before countdown. Slap synergy and lightning on Sonon it helps a lot

Ramuh- Synergy + Wind Ninjitsu = Dog walked him first try.
Unless I was doing something wrong, you only OCCASIONALLY get that particular pressured form that Bahamut does when he's kneeling on the floor. Most of the time, he just hung there in the air with his head low and slightly slouching. His pressured state doesn't last very long them, but when he gets the longer one, he's a lot easier to finish off.
This is soo broken! Also using L2 to avoid "Catch" with Pride & Joy is genius! GREAT STUFF BltzZ!

Brumal dodging beam cannon is way too risky in the heat of the moment. Casting thundaga is way too risky with Yuffie. This is definitely not a beginner guide, it's good but I have extensive experience with the hardest combat sims and this is torturous.
Finally beat this challenge. Rahmuh was the difficult one for me. Took a while to learn his timings. Must have lost to him 15 - 20 times. Pride and Joy only took 3 attempts. Key to him was Brumal form for dodging the lasers.

Yeah this requires too much perfect input. I can pressure bahamut but he's standing up, not knocked down (that happened once in an hour of trying). After pressure wears off he uses umbral flare and if I try to mug, I get knocked out by the damage.
You have to pressure him before he begins counting down starting with five. If you do that he gets knocked down. To be able to pressure him before he starts counting, you have to spam thundaga so he doesn’t have a chance to attack even once. If he successfully attacks, he will be able to start counting down before you pressure him. Don’t forget to use the ATB Boost materia exactly as in the video to continue interrupting him with thundaga.

Finally beat this after multiple attempts. I lost track how many times I failed. Bahamut was easy after you execute everything perfectly. I struggled with Ramuh the most. No room for error as each mistake punishes you severely.

Ramuh has definitely been the toughest boss for me. I'm constantly getting stunned and battered. Out of probably 20 tries (if not more) I've gotten past him once, and I was in pretty bad shape when I got to Pride and Joy

@@solanastan4196you must be assuming they're doing the Ramuh VR fight from Chadley. Doomsday is talking about phase two of top secrets fight on hard mode Ramuh. Much more difficult when you have to plan your equipment/ materia versus Bahamut, Ifrit, Ramuh, AND Pride & Joy.

He's giving me a hard time too, I think they must have patched how much stagger the ninja dive bomb attack builds =( cause cause i can get him pressured with the thundaga's but then when I go in and do the dive bombs he is no where near staggering.
After failing many times after following this method, I was able to do it using healing and my own method second try. Don't be afraid to include materia you think could be helpful if this doesn't work out for you.

Well, so far, I've gotten up to Pride & Joy once. But, I think with practice, I can beat all three. I'm definitely needing that Revive materia on Yuffie to keep them both in the fight.
Beat this, finally. It was an annoying fight, but having 2 Gotterdamnerangs for Yuffie and Sonon is fun.
Just one last Trophy to get for this game. Soldier training for Yuffie.
When I try this Bahamut either activates Umbral Aura before I can get his stagger bar halfway and soon after leaves the pressured state, or he doesn't become repressured after I attempt a Mug.
A bit to late to the party but let me tell you this guide is absoutely insane I got it at my 5th attempt with a lot of luck because I sometimes messed up my timing but overall such a great guide. Thanks a lot!

For anyone who had trouble with Ramuh (like myself), I finally made it with the thunder materia joined with elemental materia, both being put on defensive slots. That will make you absorb some of Ramuh attacks. Plus, i used Aereal Nunjitsu ability of Yuffie so that distant attacks gave Ramuh way more damage. And with Sonon, i had the Syncronizied Materia joined with Aereal materia, and casted Aeroga when possible. I used Sonon's first weapon, that has good physical stat but also great magical power. The final boss was pretty easy, once you avoid his first Catch. Casted Thundaga with Yuffie, with Lighning Nunjitsu, and have Sonon just stay near Pride and Joy. Keep Yuffie far away from the enemy, and keep going with distant nunjitsu attacks to build ATB, and Thundaga or the Ligtning Dispersion level 1 or 2. To avoid his cannon, use dodge ability. KEY MATERIA for me for Yuffie: PARRY MATERIA, i could move faster and avoid attacks to build more ATB!
The lightning does help heal with only about 2 of ramuh's attacks but you still take damage and get stunned. It did help. I kept getting hit by the beam cannon but sonon sacrificed and I had yuffie use arise straight away. Summoned ramuh near the end which finished him off.
Gonna try this today. I tried this fight like 10 times yesterday and got absolutely spanked, and I have everything maxed.
Some information to add to the video. It seems like the BltzZ has all combat manuals, as even with everything at maximum, my stats were lower than those shown in the video.
As for Bahamut, what I could perceive is that he can't take any action to fall when under pressure. Every time he started counting or any other attack, he remained airborne when pressured. The stats make diference too when I use Mug. I need to use 2x.
Regarding Ramuh, I believe the stats made a difference for me, as the attacks didn't deal as much damage as in the video.
I didn't beat it yet.. but i'm sure i'm in the path.
this works if your timing is extremely tight and critical
great guide, but i had to read at other sites to understand the bahumut mechanics. e.g. it's probably important to review this video and mention his pressure state is triggered by when you attack Bahumut when he does countdown 5,4,3,2,1, and not by using Mug.
It would be good if you can also mention mechanics which trigger their pressure etc for future videos.
Other than that, awesome video - you made it look like a walk in the park but in fact it isn't lol XD

in the bahamut fight, when you stagger him then do the dive bombs, for some reason I am not generating any pressure, did they patch this or am I doing something wrong?
I spend 8+ hours dying to this yesterday... mostly on ramuh, sometimes on the last boss. in One try I had the last one almost down and got greedy... however. I'll have to continue trying or maybe I should play chapter 1 on hard first for some manuscripts. But I wanted the LB-Gear before playing on hard. >.
Yes you should have atleast 4 hard mode manuscripts before attempting the endgame challenges.
I finally did it! I may not have much muscles, but they appear to still have a memory, so the 8+ hours of suffering and practice yesterday did help. And of course and at most your video did help! :D Thank you very much, now I can start my hard-play through with 2xGötterdämmerung. :D @@BltzZ

So I went in with a straight attack build. Learned Bahamats attacks and Brumal Dodged everything. The real tricky one is Ramuh. He killed me multiple times. I got lucky with him so no recommendations. For Pride and Joy, I found it easier to dodge roll out of the way of the beams. Get behind him, and start beating away at his health.
Take me a long time but I beat them and all thx to you for helping me the Pride and Joy was the hard one but when you say 2 seconds I beat him thx a lot bro for helping everyone with this guide!
Ez done in 45 minutes, during Ramuh i almost wiped to beam cannons but i spammed Triangle and Square Aerial Attacks to avoid his lazers. Destroyed him with non synergized Windstorm, since Sonon was already dead. Ramuh was the hardest Part for me. Pride and Joy done first try, even tho I got the silence. Brumal Form carried me hard since I‘m too stupid to perfect block

He has to be pressured before he changes, I think it’s like 5/6 thundagas and he will fall. Magic stats up, max materia and timing! It was not easy.
You're not dealing enough damage to him before he starts countdown. You have to keep spamming thundagas about 5 or 6 should pressure and make him fall to the ground before countdown begins. If he does countdown you may as well restart cuz it will be hard to damage him up close
Uh viperhalberd this is completely false. You aren't dealing enough thundagas to him BEFORE bahamut does count down. If you have seen our streams before you'd see me test and breakdown these strategies live and execute them multiple times over a couple hours.
Jan 2023. In case anyone wants the TRUE easy mode... just put on elemental and fire into armor. Ifrit and the rockets on pride and joy just heal you. Success on my first try.

Thanks I just completed, I couldn't kill leviathan before he summoned Ifrit even though in my early attempts I did because he always had like a quarter of health left. and MAKE SURE you complete chapter 1 before this as there is a lot of cp from doing Fort Condor and finishing bosses.

Ramuh gave me much more trouble than the others so I had to use the elemental materia coupled with lightning to beat him consistently.

So I have a question, on sonons weapon, I only have the two sets of linked materia slots and then one more single, how do you get that extra slot? There is no more materia slot upgrade available
The only way I managed to beat this challenge was discovering the LOCK ON TARGET control by pressing R3 on the controller so that my camera would always reposition on the enemy.
It took me whole 2 years to discover this feature which is not in the manual of the game
Man your other strat for Weiss was golden for me, but this is next level hard bro. I get through bahamut alright, but I barely get through the ramuh fight. Try as a I might I keep getting hit by his attacks. Sometimes I get through it, and I thought I'd be in the clear with pride and joy but this fight is harder than base game, I don't care what you say lol. I keep dying to his beam cannon. What gets me is how wide an aoe and instantaneous it is and he tracks you with it right till he fires. I've only managed to have the atb to dodge it 2x and even so sonon and yuffie end up dying. Sometimes sonon gets hit with the beam by accident, other times he just gets taken out reviving me.

You earned my sub with this video man! I never got around to playing the Intermission DLC when it dropped and wanted to get my trophies back to 100% before diving into Rebirth. Other videos offered a similar strategy but you literally gave away the answers to the test with your commentary. I literally just followed your strat move by move and after getting my flow down, it became super easy to clear Bahamut. The other two bosses weren't that hard compared to him. I did have to spend some time grinding until my materia was maxed out but had to do the same thing in the base game so it is what it is. Looking forward to coming back to the channel and checking out your content on Rebirth!

I keep getting owned by Bahamut and he was not even close to being staggered.

If bahamut gets up after the first pressure. Feel free to use "mug" from yuffie again to instantly pressure him and keep it going with the divebomba

I'm sry but I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Ramuh ALWAYS makes his final attack after about 1 minute. I can't even hit him with 3 wind strikes until he blows everything up. Wtf?! 😭
Took me about 30 attempts. Ngl. My biggest hurdle was ramuh. Kept dying to him. As soon as I killed ramuh, beat pride and joy. First try.

Thanks for helping with bahamut, I had to do things slightly different for the ramuh and the pride and joy prototype as I kept getting stunned and hit by them. The pride and joy was pretty easy, using thundaga and yuffie's lightning attacks then a final ramuh summon finished him off.

What causes the difference when Bahumut drops and when he gets pressured but does not drop?

For someone who heavily relied on Chakra, Magnified Healing and Pray, it is giving me anxiety seeing there are NO healing options in your buildup. But I guess if done right, you don't need to heal lol.
Bahamut is easy once you know the trick, but Ramuh is a hit or miss for me sometimes because I'm not good at dodging his attacks. Struggled quite a bit with pride and joy but saw one of the comments to put elem + fire to absorb his fire rockets and bagged the throphy on first try! I'm done with chadley VR.
Dope guide. Struggled quite a lot with this fight. Bahamut was easy after a few tries but Ramuh kept obliterating me cause I always rushed in like a dumbass. Having trouble with indurate staff slots, mine only got 5 slots and I already upgrade all slots available. I'm lvl 50 btw.
Can't seem to get enough time on bahamut stagger to work in 3 abilities (syncro-windstorm/ syncro-art of war) or just overall I have a lack of ATB because the button mashing during syncro builds virtually no ATB
Im trying to method and for whatever reason when I get to alternating thundaga, bahamut doesnt always fall down. He fell maybe once and I havent had luck since
