This song just resonates with me, it provides me with an overwhelming feeling of nostalgia, comfort and Felicity, I feel very prosperous when I hear that beautifully strung together melody, the angelic and optimistic high pitch synth just brings joy to my day, leaves me with high spirits.

Fond memory jamming this song about ten years ago. Had neon lights on the rims of my road bike. Cruising the sunset at the back bay trail Newport Beach, Ca. A mixture of gorgeous sky colors with tantalizing aphex to go along with. Priceless

did a partial analysis of the meta structure of this song, sharing here in case anyone is curious ~
fingerbib is comprised of 5 main sections - the odd sections (1, 3 and 5) share the same melodic/rhythmic motifs and general sound/internal structure, as do the even sections (2 and 4). each of these individual sections can themselves be defined by the number of repeats of the main structure contained within each.
in this case, the main structure is comprised of 20 quarter notes in total, grouped into 3 sub sections of differing lengths. throughout the whole song, the order and lengths of the groupings remain constant; they always follow the pattern 8:8:4 (quarter notes) (except: in the even sections, the first two 8 quarter note groupings blend together more at their inner edges; he also shifts the individual note placements around very subtly throughout each measure,, giving them a much floatier and less directed feeling than the odd sections)
this 8:8:4 grouping structure is what gives the song its jumpy/restless character - it's that extra single measure at the end (the 4 grouping), which makes each repeat seem to "stop" halfway through (what would be) the third two measures. and another really neat thing he does ,,, at the very end of the song, he stops at the end of the fourth measure, just before that last single measure, so that the last repeat of the song feels both complete (in that it is made up of 4 complete measures (16 quarter notes) instead of 5 (20 quarter notes)), yet incomplete (since it differs from the regularity established by the rest of the song).
all of the sections are themselves made up of a certain number of repeats of this main 20 quarter note grouping structure (8:8:4). the coolest part is that u can think about it even more abstractly ,,, the whole song is really just a series of repeats of the main structure (applied in alternation across the two main melodic/rhythmic pairings), in this case... i think it goes 8:4:5:5:4. 26 repeats in total ... with the very last repeat cutting off the last single measure, ending the song in a very abrupt and neat way !
tl;dr fingerbib is sort of in 20/4, which is the same as saying the base repeat length is 5 measures of 4/4 (5 * 4 = 20 quarter notes). the song can be described as a series of grouped repeats of 20/4, following the pattern (8:4:5:5:4), with an alternating melodic/rhythmic structure. the 5 measure repeats themselves follow th pattern 8:8:4 (quarter notes). this is of course an abstraction and there are likely other more subtle structures tht i did not address here ,, but this is the main skeleton of the song. the rest is just aphex magic ~w~

I love how on this great analysis you made someone can come to the conclusion that aphex twin knows exactly what he does while composing his songs , he is a master at crafting beautiful compositions without changing much of the song's structure for instance the fact that he shifts lightly the notes within the song to create the trippy feeling .
