Problem was it was my parents pub and they let me park there all the time. It took me months to get this marker removed and I was stopped just about everyday when I was driving it. After about six months I took a lawyer in to the police station with me to produce my documents for 5-6 tickets and he threw the law down about police harassment. I have never been stopped in any vehicle registered to me ever since.

Read and memorize the road traffic acts so they can't lie to you as many of them do. Try your best not to speak to them or answer any of their questions. They know that the public don't need to help them with their enquiries. They just want to bombard you with questions, talk over you to try and get you to trip up unknowingly. They aren't your friends, and the money off the fines goes into the government coffers.
You should thank them for giving you so much material for your TH-cam channel and remind them that the general public are making their own judgements on whether it's harassment every time you get pulled over. You should be checking their vehicle as well, find out if their car tires are the correct thickness for road use etc;

Why doesn't the lady PC do anything? She could be looking things up or checking the car tyres etc etc get it over and done with much quicker and they can go and catch an actual criminal , which seeing how he wasn't arrested I take it he isn't?

It baffles me everytime how hard it seems to verbally say their shoulder number. It's like pulling teeth for some of them!

@@davidkn there are many circumstances that can hinder the ability to see the number, angle, distance, height, impaired eyesight etc. Instead of debating about it just say the number and be done with it. They should be professional enough to not care if they feel that someone is just making them say it just for the sake of annoying them.

Read and memorize the road traffic acts so they can't lie to you as many of them do. Try your best not to speak to them or answer any of their questions. They know that the public don't need to help them with their enquiries. They just want to bombard you with questions, talk over you to try and get you to trip up unknowingly. They aren't your friends, and the money off the fines goes into the government coffers.

You should thank them for giving you so much material for your TH-cam channel and remind them that the general public are making their own judgements on whether it's harassment every time you get pulled over. They are not punishing you - they are helping you and at the same time making worse their own - already terrible reputation for tyrant behaviour.

chunky brother, as a suggestion, look up the definition of harassment, here on New Zealand we have the harassment act, harrassment is defined as 2 or more instances within 12 months that gives you cause to fear for your safety, or your property, i am certain you would have similar in UK, also be sure to trespass every officer from you private property, i trespassed 12 officers from hawera region that were harassing a friend of mine, since then, they have left her be.

This how the ones you wind up get their revenge. Stick a marker on your motor knowing you’ll have your time wasted over and over. They also hope one of these stops they can stick something on you. Plain harassment.
One day though something serious is going to take place and the nearest plod is checking you out. A second auditor to film the serious bit going off and putting it on their local web page for all to see. Sweet revenge.
