Another cracking location Adrian, you never let us down. 👌 I'm a couple of videos behind but catching up this evening 👊 Like the quick deployment system by the way 👍
Nice one Adrian ,great spot that , bit spooky though 👻😬,sure there’s a story about that place , great idea with the bivi roll 👍🏻, weather was wick Friday night well done for sticking it out ,no stopping you 👌,thanks atb Deka 👍🏻😎
Hi Deka, thanks for coming along, the rain was so so heavy throughout the night, but I stayed dry, no views at all this camp, it was an eerie spot, the wind coming at all angles was almost like people talking, Cheers Adrian
NICE explanation and demonstration of the quick deploy bivy system you use. Thank you for taking us along and sharing your time outside. Stay well, stay safe, Stella.
Hi and thanks for watching, glad you liked it, thanks for the tip, I do use prusiks sometimes see my latest camp, I was happy in this one as the flapping was not noisy. Cheers
Good tips and demonstration. Weather certainly didn't look like summer but what a place to pitch up. One of my friends, Stella, comment below says it all. Helen, Kat, Terri and Robyn.
Great vid and I think I know where you are. I bailed to a bothy that night lol and theres you out in the bivy lol. I have the same tarp. So versatile. Used it a few times now in different set ups. Hope you all have a blast tonight 😊
Hi Graham, yes you know it well 😉 But coming in from the other side was so boggy and impossible to stay dry !!! Great spot I have to say, Cheers Adrian
Great stuff Adrian , I also use that system when tarp camping and when I did my bike camping trips . You are right a tarp and bivi opens up so many places you can pitch up. I’m guessing this was last night and not the 18th July like you said lol . I’m hoping to get out next weekend , maybe atb Dave
Love it Adrian, what a great idea. Can I just ask you about the tarp setup? Was there a reason for not stretching the top of the tarp out to eliminate the flappiness?
Hi and thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it, no reason really, it was not making a noise so I left it, I could have put a couple of Prusik knots on the ridge line and a longer line down the bank, but I had a lazy time !!! Cheers Adrian

Hi Harvey. They are all done in HDR don’t know what happens to them, perhaps they let them through now the subs are growing ? Hi and thanks for watching, yes, Rab neutrino pro 400 and ascent 1100 in the winter, when it gets really damp I use the army bivy as it breathes better, as a rule only get a bit around the foot box in the Hunka Only ever had the one bad experience, have you seen that one ? It was a bad one ! Cheers Adrian
Thanks Adrian! I think I will risk it with the down bag I have and get the Hunka Xl. Yes lol I saw the one when you woke up drenched and couldn't understand why. I think that was very unlucky with extreme dew maybe. @@northumberlandmountainhopper
