      Don't say future, say now! The future is now, and as the present generation, it is in our power to make it happen. Remember, if you really want it and demand more for it, you can make it a possibility. Many things became possibilities because of the voices and actions of people that made it happen! That's the ONLY way progress can begin earlier rather than later. WE are the future. The past called us the future. Let's not disappoint our past generations and make the future now people! Let's make advancements a possibility!

    Can somebody host a gofundme for organizations that advance leg lengthening so we can all finally have our dreams come true? We need more people studying this field and more brilliant thinkers to turn ideas into reality. Remember people - WE ARE the future. Our past generations called us the future. Let's not disappoint our past generations and make the future now! Let's invent, brainstorm ideas, and make all impossibilities possible! Remember changes cannot happen UNLESS someone voices or takes the action to MAKE it happen. Let's grow, create, and do whatever we can in this present world so as long as we are alive! Nothing can stop us, we are born for a reason! We have one life to live, so make all your dreams happen everybody! THE FUTURE IS NOW!

    Presently 5 inches are possible but please find out something ,really its needed.the only problem with current method is that they are painful n risky and also risk to reward ratio is also high.

      You could shoot 3iu Genotropin daily as soon as the lengthening phase is done for way faster recovery combined with high volume, low weight leg-exercise in the gym. I bet you can do 12cm on the femur as long as you're very flexible before and you do enough exercise. It all depends on your will.

    Hi Dr. paley.
    I think there is something wrong with the information you provided. The software and system you mentioned as advanced is the "Hexapod" system.
    I guess no inexperienced orthopedist can use your current software. This is a big disadvantage.
    Your current software is referred to as the steawart platform for mechanisms.
    In addition, the biggest disadvantage of hexapod systems is the singularity problem. It is for this reason that you cannot make any connections other than the specified holes when mounting to the patient.
    There are a lot of disadvantages, as I think you enter the bar lengths into the software one by one. In other words, he has skills that are not very different from Ilizarov, only simple software that you can sell dearly.
    Frankly, we see the more advanced software you have shown as a system that does not have enough know-how to make an open library and donate it to the society.

    I keep hearing that these surgeries will have you in a wheelchair after x amount of years. Is that true? What are really the downsides of this surgery? Does the bone weaken? It seems to me with these modern techniques there are little to no complications and the bone grows the same way it would as when you break it, like many people do with sports or injury and they seem to do fine.

    • @calripson
      @calripson 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No you will not be in a wheelchair after x years. That is total nonsense. they have been doing these types of surgeries in Kurgan, Russia for 50 years. One aspect I would stress is pre-operative conditioning both in terms of flexibility and strength as well as post-operative rehab.

    • @samdujardin4127
      @samdujardin4127 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@calripson Thanks for your input. Would you say it's more beneficial to do strength training for the leg muscles before surgery or the opposite and leave the muscles much smaller in size? Which would help better in stretching and flexibility? My guess would be none trained because with less muscle tissue and weaker muscles overall there's less pulling force on the bones and less tension overall. I'm no expert though.

      It's because of what liberal media and education is feeding us! They are not pushing for a smarter generation, they are pushing to DUMB us down! I was in college and literally read the SAME Langston Hughes poem for FOUR YEARS straight. The EXACT same one. This generation's brains are so crammed with "victim or guilt mentality" that it doesn't even have room to expand past that! It's because we're brain washed to think backwards thanks to the ones running the world!
