      You can lengthen the humerus but not your forearm as it’s too dangerous.

    Hello! Important question, I noticed women who undergo Limb lengthening surgery form Knock knees, does your clinic prevent the cause so that the females have normal straight legs? Also 28:25 is 16 years old suitable for cosmetic LL surgery?

    • @sshreddderr9409
      @sshreddderr9409 หลายเดือนก่อน

      the younger people are, the easier the recovery will be. there is a study on limb lengthening in rabbits that showed that unlike typically believed, the muscle itself can grow with lengthening, but this was determined to be age dependent, and the earlier the better.

  • @williamcarter1665

    I'm about 5'11 and wish I could have this done. The cost is very high though, but it also looks to be painful and a long recovery process. I don't know, having grown up in Turkey I never felt like I was judged for my height. The fixation around height in men appears to be primarily a western phenomenon, primarily more American and British. I'm not sure why this is, but, there are nations where height doesn't determine your worth as a man.

    • @MrWarrenRB

      When I broke my foot, it took me 1.5 years to not notice any sensitivity anymore when pressing on it. this involves much more damage, so I would say that you need 2 years after you stopped with the lengthening process to make a full recovery if possible. Also eating lots of animal protein, minerals and potentially taking growth hormone, testosterone and other recovery peptides might be a good idea to make a faster and better recovery, and to not look to much muscle strength when you can barely walk. when I spent 3 months with crutches, my leg muscle felt like it could not support the weight, even though it came back within a few week after putting weight on it again

    How will it change your Muscle appearance? Will you be Able to Build the Same amount of muscle in the lenghtened limb or will it always be visually thinner or deformed?

    • @sshreddderr9409
      @sshreddderr9409 หลายเดือนก่อน

      if the same amount of muscle is distributed over a longer limb, of course its going to look thinner. thats why very lengthy people look skinny no matter how much they train. I mean you are spreading out the same volume over more space.

      Generally, malnutrition

    • @sshreddderr9409
      @sshreddderr9409 หลายเดือนก่อน

      lol, besides the fact that you are depriving your self form nutrients and poisoning yourself on purpose because of political brainwashing, your recovery will be bad because you lack just about any nutrient that isnt vitamin c.
      your testosterone and growth hormone is low because you dont eat enough colesterol which is healthy btw and the substrate from which the body produces testosterone and a huge number of other hormones, you dont consume any protein because plant protein is not bioavailable, and most growth processes need a combination of amino acids only found in animals in certain quantities, as well as certain fatty acids only found in animals.
      you literally lack EVERY nutrient severely other than vitamin c, and your ingesting tons of hormonally active phytochemicals, anti nutrients, and your energy source is mainly carbs, which makes you insulin sensitive and forces you to eat very frequently, and you will have tons of chronic health issues when older if you dont have then already cause your literally denying your body just about anything.
      the only reason your not dead is because they put artificial B vitamins in just about all processed foods and the body can produce most essential fatty acids and amino acids by itself, but not in an optimal quantity and it takes lots of wear and tear to do so.
      before the invention of artificial vitamin B12, veganism was 100% lethal. the only supposedly vegans who survived were monks who were found to accidentally consume lice on the leafs they were eating.
      that, a long with the fact that virtually all plant foods need to be heavily processed to be edible at all, and that they need to be cultured and genetically altered to even be available should tell you that this is not the natural diet of a human, and therefore is extremely unhealthy given that the human body expects something completely different. larger animals in nature either are cellulose digesting herbivores or carnivores, cause there is literally no other foods in nature to sustain animals of that size. name a land dwelling animal that has more than 50 kg body weight, that cannot digest cellulose, and that is not a carnivore. there is none. and there is a reason why human stomach acid is acidic enough to dissolve literal bone.

    My question is that if I am going to get balerina foot , can you guys see it before hand and stop the lengthening process to prevent it ?? because that is much more important than any amount of height
