    I live in mid-Massachusetts, and I've taken one-one banjo lessons with Gabe at his home. He charges a fair fee. And he's a great instructor. 😊

    I met Gabe at kiwigrass in NZ. Superb sense of humour & happy to impart knowledge... I'm laughing after only 5 minutes.
    I agree with small changes...repairs while the plane is still flying 😊

    Howie Tarnower was my first teacher when I was living in Boston 10 years ago. Really opened up the world of banjo for me as Gabe described here!

      He was most definitely the banjo guy for the Lonely Heartstring Band (which recorded an EP and 2 full length albums). No idea about the medical condition, you'd have to ask him directly.
