I dont know if you'll continue running and routing Kindergarten 2 but is it possible that playing in a different language to make text scroll faster, Like how mario odyssey runners play Japanese, or can't you change the game language? If its possible, would it be faster?
I don't think there's other language options, and I seem to remember the first Kindergarten never got anything but English *officially* either and the speedrun rules specified only being allowed to play the official version, ergo all runs are in English
