You quickly breezed by using the SeeMo with log. Can the SeeMo monitor 4K log?
Nice review my dude. The long form recording is what I was hoping to be able to do without problems. Ooof!!! Also, I was hoping to be able to live stream school events with the camcorders we have at the school I teach at. Thanks for your research and testing the device.
I have to try recording longer than 2-5 min clips. Thanks for the heads up. I haven’t had an issue yet but now I know to be prepared if I get the insufficient memory warning.
Have you ever had issues with longer format recording since you got the device??

Have you ever attempted to utilize the app for capturing an incoming video stream directly from a camcorder, leveraging the camera's firewire out port along with a firewire to lightning adapter? Thanks.

I fail to see the difference with Monitor+ App, except for streaming, although obviously the app is limited to more recent cameras. Very informative video none the less 👍

Have you had a chance to test out the long format recording since this review? I'm thinking of picking the accsoon up to bypass my Lumix G9's 30 min recording limit, i was wondering if they fixed the whole "no storage space" issue since the review? Is it any better over usbc and IPAD? Awesome review, love the honesty!
not a good idea, these are for tutorials, screen grabs more than anything else. With the G9, you need an hdmi monitor/recorder device like an atomos ninja (which costs quite a bit more), otherwise, there will be a substancial drop in image quality.

I will wait some hardware and software improvement before I buy this thing. there is also a bigger problem : to my knowledge even if you have some focus assist on your ios device screen controlling your camera body you stay unable to start/stop any recording !!
Great review! I was wondering, can i use this to take photos? And will the photos be saved to my iPhone? I work in an environment where i need to transfer high quality photos and videos fast. Using my phone to film and shoot just won't make the cut. So i was considering to purchase this.
any idea if it works with android, there is a seemo app but none of the descriptions mention it

I undertsand that the product does not allow us to view or externally record 4k to iphone but while the product is connected, can we still record 4k IN THE CAMERA while using this to monitor through the iphone?
ALSO, is the False colour feature as good and accurate as other monitors like Shogun or Shinobi?
I don't wish to record to my iphone. I only want to use my iphone as a monitor to record F-log/4k on my camera. Currently I am using my iphone(+ transmitter) as a monitor. But in order to set focus and composition...my camera must first be set to 1080 for an image to show up on my monitor/iphone...after which I then re-set my camera to record F-log/4k. Yes? No?

thanks a lot for this video! I bought this device and got it to work. and then i had an idea - what do you think, is there a way to combine this in zoom or teams sessions? Idea is that the teams app sees the attached camera. I tried it but teams would only offer me the same old front and selfie cam choice.

AFAIK, this is not a UVA/UVB converter, as it does one more conversion to get going with IOS. Teams app on the desktop allows you to test, unfortunately, I cant figure how to do that on the app
Would my shotgun mic work if I got this hooked up to my canon m50?
Can you zoom in or out while live streaming?
Do you know if this will work with an older Nikon d3’s to be used as a larger screen to enable my bad eyes to see the image better, I know my camera has a mini hdmi out , thanks for a great video and raking the time to review looking forward to knowing if it’ll work for me 👍👌
It should, that it’s the simplest function, how it displays is another matter, I’ve used this in Olympus, Sony and Panasonic, each have their own quirks, the Olympus has a bug recording the stills portion, all work fine as a monitor. I have an older Nikon, but unfortunately no hdmi to test

Can you use any of the iPhone models or does it have to be pro only.
will this battery charge your Sony camera or do we have to use the camera's own battery? I got a Nikon d5200 to use with it. will the seemo battery give power to the camera or not.
I’ll have to get back to you, npf batteries come with versions that can output USB, and a larger NPF970 has a very large capacity. Look up “npf 970 usb”
there is a 5v output, so if your camera has usb charging, then it can trickle charge, but it wont be enough to power the camera, you will need a 7.4/ 8v out for that.

hi bro I have problem with my Sony a7iv when I make the last update my son remove camera battery after there my camera not work only red small flash down behind delet button what I will make ?
When Accsoon is connected, the screen of the camera does not come out . Are there any additional settings for seeing both? FYI I use a Sony A7C
it depends on camera, the A7siii and higher has both displays showing, my A7iv does not. it’s-a camera limitation.
Do you have any idea as to why the device does not have power going to the iOS device?

yes, you will need some NPF batteries, I use generic stuff and it's quite common in the video realm. They power lights, monitors, cameras, etc. 750's will do the job just fine: amzn.to/43G59Cj

That depends on what sony NP battery you are using if you get the NP f970 your looking at 8-10hrs of power
I just want to use this as an external monitor. Will this allow me to record in 4k 60 fps?
only 1080 from what I recall, not good for that, I mostly use for tutorials
So no 4K 10 bit?
