Tip: starting item: tear of the goddess, then proceed on building eclipse, so by the time you buy manamune, it is already at full stacked, so your manamune would be muramana in instance.
I used to start tear all the time, found that d blade is better for the stats and Jayce stacks tear really fast imo you can delay it and still fully stack it pretty quick. Dblade first just FEELS better.
Hey shok, Great vid, really helpful. Just have a question about when I should follow roams or what to do when my opponent roams. The other day I played a game as syndra where my lane opponent Gragas just roamed bot three times, after first base, and dove my botlane each time picking up six kills. I followed once with tp and picked up a double kill for myself then just hit plates the other times. Had a nocturne jg who just farmed till six and ignored the rest of the map. Just wondering what the best thing to do in these games is cause from there the gragas just repeatedly dove and bullied the rest of my team.

I meann it's ok but there are better bruiser items like you probably need a cleaver or serylda and maw is pretty good, maybe if ur vs full ad or something, I think sundered sky might still be better anyway
How do you deal with the Corki match up? He just seems to have better wave push and harass. They also can save their dash for your q and you can never engage on them
It's pretty hard when he gets MR but early on you could short trade with electrocute and normally win out. Now he's been reworked I haven't played the matchup yet
i've found that i'm able to make huge early leads and find really impactful lategame damage, but i'm constantly inting my midgames and getting killed on repeat from about my first component of 2nd item to when i finish my 3rd item. Is there a specific breakpoint when I need to start playing way more reserved and and just trying to poke?
Not really, it could be that you aren't staying ahead enough (e.g. by getting XP on the sidelanes) because even later in the game there should be times where you can do more than just poke
imo the item is just the best 3rd item unless they are super squishy and you want to slot in more lethality. You only get around 3 or 4% less armor pen by not having a lethality item at this point and you still get all the other nice stats from it
Lol looking at this vid again to see if i can learn anything and the current meta is adcs mid lol. Jayce is definately not one of the stronger ad mids rn as adcs are just running rampant with fleet absorb life. Kinda funny ngl.
If you wanna build sunderd, then build bruiser Jayce instead of lethality. It’s pretty popular in Jayce community. Eclipse->boots->sunderd->death dance -> jak-sho/sterags/shojin

I pretty much just do dark harvest over electro and cutdown /coup and presence prob the most slept on scale build still trying to get use to conqueror

This weakens the early game too much imo, not worth unless you're in a non interactive matchup

Also can confirm Jayce is strong. First time went 15/1. The guide was very helpful in that game.

@@ShokLeague Ok, it's just all the melee mids I play rush a lifesteal item, so playing without lifesteal is kind of wack for me.
