Happiness really does start from within and capturing those precious moments , like your cup of tea on a rainy day you spoke about. Mine is going for a short drive and a cup of coffee with my husband. Just loving those small moments that really can make a difference on how you view how your day went.
I love the idea of the drive and a coffee, we've done hot chocolate to go see Christmas decorations but I like not havin a soecific reason and to just go and do it anytime.

Thank you for sharing your current life views. I recently came to the same realization about appreciating what we have right now. I am 53. Good For You that you figured that small part of life early on. On the topic of ordinary/basic...for me basic is comforting, reliable, and calming. I look forward to "basic" when life is hectic and stressful and all I want to do is stop and have an "ordinary/basic" moment.

My long hair (waist length) has become so tangled. When I wash my hair, with professional products, oils etc. it’s still tangles. Esp after my colourist does my fouls. Any advise pleasssse wouid be greatly appreciated.
Silicones can be very beneficial to your hair in protecting it from damage I thought?
What color in tanning stick
To find inspiration for hair products do you try the organic/natural brands from Healthy Living stores? I am sensitive to scents and chemicals. I use the unscented shampoo and conditioner from.Attitude. It isn't lux but it's the one I find safest to use and best price point.
I wonder if consulting a holistic product advisor would help the process.
I have used products from health food stores in the past, but I still feel like I am using food on my hair, why can't we have a truly clean hair brand that feels luxe?
What's your favorite SPF to use under foundations?
for under foundation I love dermalogica ageless. An SPF I love on its own is the super goop glowy one.

That the product itself is clean, yet it’s luxe, at a great price point and will cater to those of us who want it ALL!
