That's right!! Same! I'm so glad you and I grew up in the 90s early 2000s. Good old days when Disney Channel movies and TV shows were so fun to watch. 😁😁
This, Under Wraps, Don’t Look Under the Bed, and Halloweentown 1 & 2 are my favorite Disney channel Halloween movies. I binge watch them every October.
I like how the writers gave the character Lynette her own little backstory segment. It's clear to see, before becoming a mother, Lynette was HIGHLY popular amongst her fellow "Rockabilly" lovers and it was a musical passion she must've fallen out with over the years. Sometimes we forget that our parents were MORE than just our parents before having us, and I think that was portrayed brilliantly here
Ahhh!! Oh my gosh!! It has been SO long!! :D I forgot about this movie, but when I looked through my closet I totally found out I had recorded this!! I'm gonna go watch it right now.. :)
Man I was watching this just a couple days ago and I STILL somehow managed to remember the lyrics to this song?? I couldve sworn they were singing the cover to a famous old song, but no! Im super surprised. I wish someone did a cover of it
happy to be bron in 1994 dint miss anything at all from rocket power to static shock to zoey 101 drake and josh to old disney channel along with the original 7pm movie nights!!!
'Maybe' and it's performed by Royal Crowns & Alicia McCracken Morgan in the film. Caroline Rhea ( who plays the mom in the film) only lipsyched to her voice, she didn't actually sing

Do you think that Lynette Hanson played by Caroline Rhea was nervous when she sang onstage as her character from this DCOM? I wonder if vampires like hearing their victims sing onstage.
This part of the movie never failed to make me *cringe* when I was a kid. I’m 24 years old and it still does lmao. Plus it’s so obvious that’s not her singing.
