Is it alright to replace break drum on one side? Or do we need to replace both sides?
It is recommended to replace both sides at once.

Copper grease to stop the drum sticking to the bearing.

adjust should be wound fully back when installing new shoes and drums , also the hub nut was not torqued , very naughty
