Zero with space storm AND meter is game breaking 5. Might be smarter to do mixups with Dorm himself like Winrich tends to do instead of tagging in to Ultron as Champ likes. Basically gambling with meter that might not be worth it. Props to this dude for making Zero great again.

His air slash, fire uppercut, ice stab, grounded charging slash, and default grounded slashes r basically ripped str8 from x4
The MMZ version of Zero appears in SVC Chaos (which is just basically a KOF style game with 1v1) and Onimusha Blade Warriors (which is the Smash-esque game you are referring to)

Looks like the Active Switch effectively eliminates the need for Crossover Combinations, Variable Crosses and Delayed Hyper Combos because with the right timing all three can be used makeshift style. Interesting, Capcom. Very interesting.
dante seems like a good pressure/setup character in general . zero seems to be one of those characters that benefits more than others. long live zero may cry I guess.
The guy who does Nero's voice in DMC4 does Zero's voice in this game too his name is Johnny Young Bosch..bleach music in the end fit because he also does Ichigo's voice in bleach.
It may be easier if you map one of the attack buttons to one of the bumpers. I'd recommend you map light punch. Think of it like holding the dash button to buff your jumps in the X series. It's honestly not that hard and etremely fun once you get the hang of it. If you find yourself some time to practice I'm sure you can do it.
I’ve been able to do some pretty nifty combos by holding LP and then just chaining it into a combo on controller holding down square. Course I can never seem to pull it off in an online match but it is totally possible. Once you get used to it though you can get pretty creative.

The main reason I switch is because I play on pad and in mvc3 you could map the light punch to two separate buttons so I could charge with the left trigger when playing zero but use the buttons regularly with my other characters. For some odd reason they eliminated the ability to do that in this game so I just cant get comfortable charging the buster so I had to drop him.
