I’ve been getting a lot of questions about sucraclear not being lip safe. It is not safe to apply directly to the lips. However, if you look in the Q and A on the product on the Makesy website, they explain that if you follow usage rates on this product, it is lip safe. They actually sell a lip scrub kit with sucraclear as the first ingredient. 😊

What’s the difference between a body scrub and lip scrub, ingredients wise? 😊

Everything that goes into a lip scrub has to be lip safe because you will consume a small bit of it when you use it. A body scrub usually has a bit more sugar making it a rougher scrub and can contain, non lip safe ingredients like fragrance/essential oils, emulsifiers, thickeners and more.

This one does stay the same. The foaming sugar scrub with sucraclear that I shared last week does thicken but I like the texture.
