- As we progress with our build we also learn a lot and one of these things is that no matter how well prepared you think you are there is always something that will not go as planned.......and when you get new parts make sure you read the installation manual before you do the installation.
Are you sure it’s ok to put the fuel tank in the passenger compartment?
Its not a fuel tank....its a water tank....its being used to spray water mist onto the intercooler during hot laps for better performance
Unless you are referring to the GVF having the Fuelcell installed behind the driver in the passenger seat....the Fuelcell is a safety type FIA appro ed fuelcell which is stored inside an aluminium crash case which is stored inside a cash frame welded to the chassie and between the driver and the fuel cell there will be a seperation referred to as a firewall....so its as safe as it can be made and better protected from fires or impacts than the original one under that car.
