  • After starting his Test career in promising fashion, things quickly went downhill for Ajit Agarkar with FIVE consecutive ducks on Australian soil. His reaction to getting off the mark at the Gabba in 2003/04 was awesome.

Agarkar was lethal with his bowling especially in ODI. He was also known for bowling 5 good deliveries and one bad delivery to offset the other five.

That's my man, i can still remember when I was allowed to ball in my college team i celebrated despite bowling a pretty average over.
It gives a sense of our participation in the game wheather it's a run , a catch, a wicket or even some good fielding to save a run or good running between the wickets.

Huge fan since childhood. Always loved him. Wicket taker when it mattered the most, and even scored runs when it mattered plus was a nice fielder too. Good video though, every time he got out, his expression did not change in angst. Every next time he came, he still looked equally confident to make a mark. Yes it was bad luck plus sm great bowling. Glad he gave a smile to all after he scored tht first run after many many weeks. Shows class, maturity and also humility towards the crowd in a way which not many will understand.
