Insane man I miss my Miata got into a crash abt 2 weeks ago which ended up me totaling the car but seeing what u do with these Bps is insane keep up the good work man
yeah, its already doing great for a short wheelbase BP! Once you get it dialed in it will be really amazing. I would assume its more than just tirepressures that you are pulling to the right, and were in the grooves. Maybe miata diff setups (i don't remember what you are running) pull to the right under high torque? maybe a suspension component is not moving like it should or too much? alignment, or shock difference can also cause rear steering. Did the shocks you have test identical?
My poly bushings are pretty sticky. And they were flexing so much, the tires went forward enough to hit the wheel wells! So gotta fix that. Shocks are xidas, but I haven't dynod them.
@@patrickcowanjr1 oh wow, I didn't know you had poly bushings. DEFINITELY get the delrin bushing and brass sleeve one that those two guys make as kits on miataturbo. EVERY other bushing method doesn't keep the geometry tight, nor lets the suspension move freely
0-60 in about the time I go 60'😂 I had to use a gimbal to get smooth videos at a certain point. Also you are trapping the same speed in the 1/8 as me in the 1/4 with my boost solenoid acting up.
I recently started having issues with my Mac aswell , I replaced it and checked it and checked continuity throughout all the harness and my subharness, and all was mint ...found out that when I jiggle my harness connected to ecu it was in and out ...so I about to repin my harness to ecu clips and hope it helps ... idk maybe something u could find easy to brotha ... ps I'm on standalone so I could also see that the solenoid was firing just for some reason (that I know now)was not taken it to the Mac... n e ways peace and love all hope maybe this can atleast give a idea to help .. l8r famz
Here i am thinki g my 3 second 0-60 was quick lol ... good god , i bet the g's off that feels rad af ...i just love my light lil rocketship lol .. mich love and mad respect brotha ...and hell yeah thats nasty af in the most radical way possible bro 💪🏽🤘🏽🏎🔥 . 🤙🏽mad props bro and keep at it .. peace and love my brethren , keep it rad, stay safe, and build on... l8r fam. Ps it ironic u ha e missfire over 25psi asim kinda having that lil sputter as i pass 25 aswell but when it hits 28-30 its smooth af 😅.. hmmm 🤔
Thanks! FWIW, I finally figured out the misfire, it was dwell. Even with 16.5V, 4ms, and everything else, that wasn't enough! Went to 5ms and it cleared up.
@patrickcowanjr1 sweet deal brotha , glad ya got it figured ... so now for the 1000 hp right lol .. na but he'll yeah bro , you are deff killing the game with this build .. mad respect ..peace and love l8r bro
@@patrickcowanjr1 I have a go pro 10 black edition that I use for filming DIY stuff and I mount it to my helmet for track days. The stability controls on them are excellent but be warned if you get into the go pro ecosystem it's pricey for everything. Also buy at the BARE MINIMUM 3 batteries for it since 1 battery filming at 1440p 60fps will drain in about 30ish minutes
I love that the draggy measured the quarter mile in the shutdown
I can now say I have an 11 sec car!
@@patrickcowanjr1I think it's a 9 sec car
Impressive buddy. LOVE IT
:)
Can I buy you an in car camera mount? That would make the vicarious thrill better.
Sure! I need something with vibration dampening I think. My first mount was too flimsy. This one shakes a lot and my phone went flying.
@@patrickcowanjr1 I think this is too much for a phone. Might need to get a Gopro
@@sjorsangevare I've been considering buying one. But they are not cheap!
OMG This is insane!!! Loved every second of it
Thanks! It was ripping!

You alright? That's unfortunate about the car, but hopefully you made it out ok.
Bro this is madness
Thanks! Gonna turn it up to 11 soon!
great job man!!
Thanks!
Certified unit there!
Thanks!

@mm6705 well. I just got done putting spherical bearings on! So hopefully they work well.
Why I absolutely love EFR...I really need to go bigger with mine so I can do that.
I can sell you an EFR 7670! I'm considering going bigger...

I'm looking into those now. Found a decent one, but it's 200 bucks! Have to think about that.
Yeah, mine was somewhere in that neighborhood, maybe a little less a couple years ago.

Need to get this on Hoonigan this vs that!!
That would be insane!
bros 1/4 mile is faster than ive ever gone and hes got two more gears if he had the room lmao. scary quick. impressive work.
Thanks! I'm getting some improvements done and hoping to go quicker/faster on the next trip out!
Nice man. Sub 2 second 0-60 is quick!
Yeap! She's moving.
Did you mount the camera with jello?!
I think it would be better if I did! Cam mount 2 is a fail.

Still factory diff rear end ? What size tyre is that and what spring shock combo
Ford 8.8 irs, 26x10 hoosier dr, xidas.
What is the horsepower?
Not sure, but maybe 500 to 550? At least on the last pass.
Draggy says 2.1.......?
Check it out, it's 2.1 with no roll out. 1.96 with 1 ft rollout.
ever heard of GoPro
I have, but never used one. Do you know if they handle vibration better? Can they do overlay with draggy? Any particular model you recommend?

My NB 1600 only has 90bhp! But my NA 1600 has 210bhp. But it's not as fast as yours. Very impressive.
Thanks, these cars are a blast!
