Very excited about this! I would love to have this be the new standard for all tread classes in stead of speed range callouts. I'm not the fastest runner, so when they say do a run between 6-9mph, I'm at the low end or below. I'm also excited to see the new half marathon training collection that can be done on the tread or outdoors since I've signed up to do my first half marathon in November!
I've done a couple of these classes so far and I like them alot. I'm starting out with running on the tread and find some of the regular classes too challenging at times for where I'm at physically, so I find the PT classes a better fit.

Did three of these classes and I LOVE THEM!! I hope they add more.
