🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟
During a cold winter in Bowerstone, a young child known as Sparrow lives in poverty within the city's poorer district alongside their older sister Rose. Both dream of one day living in Castle Fairfax, the home of Lord Lucien that towers over the city. One day, the pair witness a travelling seller offering 'magical' wares to people, amongst them a musical box that can grant anyone who uses it a wish. An old woman convinces the pair to acquire the money needed to buy it by doing odd jobs around the district, during which time Sparrow rescues a dog from a local bully. Upon buying the box, Rose uses it to make their dream to come true. That evening, guards arrive to bring the pair to the castle, who are overjoyed that their wish comes true. However, the pair soon discover that Lucien brought them to his home to determine which of them were the three "Heroes" he seeks to fulfil his ambitions. Discovering that one of the pair is the fourth Hero who will stop him, Lucien kills Rose and wounds Sparrow, sending them out onto the city streets.

Still one of my all-time favorite games, can never seem to stop making fresh saves even though I know every secret inside and out. Also one of the few games I managed to get my little brother to enjoy, spent quite a few fun hours with him discovering every silver key and gargoyle location (and him having a good laugh at my expense for not realizing the "prize" at the end of the gargoyle cave wasn't the real reward at first).
This was the first fable game i played on the xbox 360 years ago.

The Greatest game of the Fable franchise
I always loved the mesmerizing graphics and the gameplay mechanisms.
It really transports me into the universe.
The first Fable game did offer choices and consequences to said choices but this one offered much more diversity of choices and the consequences that follow. How to make the final choice after all that led to it and what it meant if you made any of the three choices.
I feel like this game got too much hate. Honestly it's a perfect continuation of the original... and the original is a fucking incredible game.
Yeah, this game was my favorite Fable game.
It damaged the lore. Getting rid of Avo and Skorm and much of the magic and losing the Heroes and their Guild....
@@NostalgicGamerRickOShay It's a good continuation in my opinion given fable 2 is set 500 years after fable 1. The remnants of fable 1 lore is still seen and discovered through books and locations in the game. 500 years can do a lot to a world. The Chamber of Fate are the remanants of what's left of the Heroes Guild.
I didn't remember (or comprehend) the man who was trying to rope Rose into prostitution at the beginning of the game...

The choice at the end sounds laughably easy; A is pointless because the people are all unlikeable clowns. And C is pointless because earning money is already too easy.

Too bad, this game isn't on PC. Was playing this through Xenia but the crashes, lag spikes and frame tear was annoying AF.

Wow this game is so much less cinematic / epic compared to the first game... I remember loving Fable 2 but it's a night and day difference watching some scenes from Fable 1 compared to Fable 2.
