This channel is way underrated, I guess people prefer videos where people talk about their life and have a dog or a hot girl in the video. This guy does amazing work and makes it look easy, hint - It's not easy!!
As a former motorcycle mechanic and workshop owner I especially like to see your superb craftsmen and excellent videography! This will be a happy Honda head by the time you've done your magic on it. Your fortunate customers can be certain of receiving superb work from you.
Exceptional work and craftsmanship , thank you for all the videos, I do have a question that I cannot find any answers to. How do worn valve seats affect valve spring tension? What would be the best way to get the correct valve spring tension when re cutting the seats for new valves? Thank you
Another great video! I was wondering if valves could be ground with a drill grinder. This shows it is possible. Was the lapping necessary? Maybe the grinding marks on the valves are too coarse and lapping is needed.
I have avoided cutting honda valves, in particular the exhaust valves. I think they are thinly coated with a temperature and corrosion resistant alloy. Not thick enough to allow for recutting. We said stellite..."we" being honda/yamaha mechanics. I don't know if that is true, but the manuals allows for seat, but not valve cutting. I did feel safe adding a 30 degree "back" cut on the valves to improve flow, thinking that cutting through the coating at that location, away from the seat contact area, probably had no negative effects. Stellite is a brand name, it may have been something else. If that is true, it still may not matter, depending on how much and how hard you're going to run this. Valves, seats, guides, cams, and followers seem to have a shorter life than cylinders, pistons, and rings, provided the air filter is functioning.
Awesome as always. I was watching your gear shifter repair and noticed your [manual] rotary table with locking mechanism, any chance we'll see a video on how that was made?

The so waited part 2. This is no mechanic, this is art. Regards from Mexico.
I can only hope having someone like him near me to rebuild my motorcycle engine coz evething he does is amazingly professional
You had a nice beat going on in the beginning with the valves. Not only are you mechanically talented, but also musical 👌 🎶 😎.
You are not an amateur...Big like from Arad/Romania!All my best regards!🥰🥰🥰💯💢💥💫
Turned the single lip tool and cutter grinder (d-bit grinder) into a valve grinder, 👍🏻 good idea!
impian ku punya alat kerja bengkel seperti bro paul.. sangat membantu dan sangat maksimal akan hasil nya
Good work. Nice

Thanks.
With a worn valve seat the spring is looser.
I always had the inclination that a d but grinder would be perfect for valves. Let alone making great tool bits.
Salam dari Indonesia
Brilliant.
Congrats.
Excellent!
Ótimo trabalho 👏👏
Mantap bosku

Sempurna 👍
I had this bike !
When I was young, I'd chuck valves in an electric drill cos I didn't have a lathe and clean 'em up. I'd lap them by hand.
me too ;)
Engineering for those who dream....
great job ma bro

lapping is needed
What the!? How does that valve grinding drill attachment work?? I must know!
Güzel temiz iş Paul, bilgi dolu.
Excelente
Cho mình hỏi mua bộ này ở đâu
Valve lapping tool attachment work performance as it is like lapping by hand ??
Мой год рождения 1982 !
А втулки клапанов и цилиндрическая часть клапана не износились что ли?
