IAS is not a job. It is a service to the nation. Like that it is not easy to achieve that. If we want to achieve this definitely we have to do hard work. Don't compare with others and avoid all negative thoughts . I think if we have a proper timetable we can crack this exam without any coaching. We should spend more and more time to prepare for this. If we want to be an ias officer. We should have a lot of qualities. 1)responsibility 2)hardwork 3)good communication skills 4)good knowlege 5)take decisions . these are the basic qualities of an ias officer.

IAS based on rankings
1) Cabinet Secretary- after 30 years of ias serving one can get this post
2) Additional Secretary- after 25years
3) Joint Secretary
4) District collector/ Magistrate
5) Additional Divisional Magistrate (ADM)
6) Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM)
Maximum salary is 325000 in cabinet secretary post and minimum salary is 56500 in sdm post.
Best age to become IAS is 21-25 years then only one can get cabinet secretary post.

IRFS - Indian Reserve Forest Service
IRAS - Indian Railway Administration Service
IRS - Indian Revenue Service
IAS - Indian Administrative Service
IPS - Indian Police Service
All are Group A officers. Top level officers as per UPSC.
Indian Civil Service is now known as UPSC.
Please verify your knowledge before making any video.

I think district collector ,deputy commissioner, district magistrate are all the same but different states used in different terms..in north mostly use as DM , In southern as district collector and in Northeast and some northern region use as deputy commissioner ..

District collector is the smallest post in ias level a person can reach up to seceratary position on state or central goverment and it is the most important and powerfull position of our country for example home scey of india honarable ajay kumar bhalla ias subordinate to amit shah charge with same power as amit shah has of ministry.
