I've answered quite a few people's questions about the face, so I'm going to tell y'all what happened before it's asked more times than necessary. What happened was firstly, there's marks of the rubber/eraser on the right cheek from me trying to clean up an obnoxious panel line; and secondly, there are marks of the clamp I tried to clean up from holding the two halves of the forehead together to close a gap that was there. I know it may have done more damage than it was worth, but I'm still learning this time around, so the results aren't flawless. I apologize if the damage inflicted by my amateur skills hurt the Hi-Nu's looks somewhat.
You know if you want cleaner results with panel lining if you are still learning is by using gray acrylic paint, getting into a thick watery but still thick like consistency and use that to panel line. Clean with water dampened cotton buds and the results are cleaner and more rewarding.

Very clear voice and easy to follow 4. You pose the kits well and do the important poses that tells the viewers the flexibility and stability of the kit 5. You dont base your rating on small hiccups. 6. You do research on stuff you talk about ( katoki version vs redesign ) 7. No corny jokes More power to you brother

Been a Gunpla hobbyist for 20 years. I havent felt this much excitement for a kit since the announcement of Mg Exia and Mg Sazabi ver ka.. There is something about this that tops the PG Granddad unleashed for some reason. For me at least.
Bandai is at 2 strikes for the mini pilots. If the next RG, whatever it is, omits the pilot as well, then we can say goodbye to them. The cockpits are probably here to stay though.
@@mj2005gundam we're actually at Strike three tho' 1. Zeong 2. Wing (extra points for also not having a cockpit hatch) 3. This new Hi-Nu I am for real losing my faith on this, it is truly a bummer for me since the pilot Minifigures are a main feature that made this series my favorite among the other grades
@@evoltblackhole8677 yeah, best i could rationalize about this is that Bandai omitted the Minifigures on the last kits since there are already older ones that have the corresponding pilot figures, I mean: Hi-Nu: you already mentioned the Nu Zeong: we have the Zaku II and Z'gok Wing: the other two EW Wing kits

4:50 The collar was the Achilles heel of the HGUC. Could not do anything but look straight ahead so it was hard to make it look dynamic at all. So glad they came up with a pretty good solution.
They did well on making the Hi-Nu's mullet movable. I hated that thing on my HG hindering the head rotation. The color scheme is also better than I initially thought (not really a fan of how the Ver Ka's color scheme looks). This is turning out to be better than the regular RG Nu, which is a step towards the right direction.

Most tech get bigger first like giant leaps are then refinement comes as goes it they start to figure out ways then they make it smaller. Not to mention There's a few people who think this was a manga a placeholder honestly and this bigger version to me made sense for the HI Nu as it has to face a much bigger version of the Sazabi in the Nightingale. The model hg of the Nightingale make it dwarf the Hg Hi Nu while this model being bigger makes a bit more sense being not as dawrf in comparison.
The blue ones would probably look better overall, but the yellow ones do spice up the overall display. It's up to you really. As for where to get them, I usually get them at my store, but you may find some online if you're lucky

Absolutely, it's not just for show. I copied the names from the wiki, and I think it's meant to be a pun for the Nu Gundam instead of being the actual name.
Technically, it is better than the RG Nu. The advantage of the RG Nu over the Hi-v, is it can stand up by itself no problem. No finagling needed. The Hi-v has the RG Sazabi based waist skirt armor joints and the fin funnels don't flop. Taste is subjective tho.

It's terribly hard, and the only way to stand it up is to support it with an action base or the fuel tanks, or give it a very bad-looking back condition.
When you're ready to take on the challenge of building this kit. I'm not challenging you personally, just what I think about the build from my experience, that you may be able to make out from the 6-hour build stream
@@mj2005gundam With an unlimited schedule and good enough experience i think i may just be able to pull through and about being able to build the kit in 6 hours.... I think it might be longer since the normal Nu took more than 2 days to complete

Since the Hi-Nu's adapter works basically the same as the Nu's, the stand from the double fin funnel set should work.
