  • 10 years ago, Nissan introduced the world’s first mass market electric car - the LEAF. LEAF owners have since helped reduce more than 2.5 billion kilograms of CO₂ emissions, shaping the way to a more sustainable future.
    Utilising technology perfected in the LEAF, Nissan debuted e-POWER in 2016. e-POWER delivers EV-like excitement, quietness and smooth acceleration, but without need for plug-in charging.
    Alongside EVs, e-POWER is a key pillar of Nissan’s electrification strategy. The brand will continue to expand its lineup as well as achieve carbon neutrality across its operations and the life cycle of its products by 2050.
