Also, if its a leased out property then the collateral can be any other personal property of the lessee, right? What if we get a loan and start the procurement of tech, seeds, etc. and don't get a subsidy?
50% Yes. You can give a different collateral. Subsidy and loan are interlinked. One can’t happen without the another. Only possibility where subsidy may be denied post loan would be in case of a wrongdoing at your or your vendors end wherein sub standard quality material is used which is below the minimum specs mandated by NHB.
