Has a TT owner, I am completely impressed with the accuracy, fluency, and completeness of this review. This person obviously knows what he's doing and is by far superior to every other review I've watched in the past few years both from the US and from the uk. So I have subscribed because I'm still holding out to replace my TT with a ttrs but it'll probably be in a few years after the used prices come down a little bit. My last car was a Porsche and I am having more fun with my basic TT with chip upgrades than I ever had with the Porsche and any of my other sports cars. This is the only dash I ever want to look at. Best information and easiest to use I have ever seen. Bravo Audi and it's so sad that you discontinuing the car
I just bought one for my wife who had a 2013 Sepang Blue one. Her new one is in exclusive Chalk with Black badges. It was a tough choice between the Turbo Blue and Chalk but I’m glad she went with the Chalk!
As you'll notice I just did a review a few minutes ago. But I realized I'd forgotten a number of things that people might be interested in. I use this car for about 80% of my driving when I don't need my truck. It is practical, roomy, fast, solid, and the workmanship is impeccable. Recently took a trip from Houston to Pensacola Florida and back. Mostly ran 75 to 80 mph and averaged 33.5 mi per gallon. Around town I get 25 miles per gallon. I made the effort to have an APR upgrade done to the computer and the transmission. I also added the APR increase volume intake. All well worth the money and changed the car dramatically. I now have more horsepower and torque then the TTS at much less cost. I got the tango red and it is striking and very high quality paint job. I bought this car used but it has the upgraded stereo system, the sports seats and interior, and every other upgrade that could be purchased. I couldn't be happier. The car is 5 years old and looking at the exterior and interior you think it was less than 6 months old. The workmanship on their interiors is unbelievable. I've also found in shopping that the value is staying very high so it is a good investment if that is your reason for purchasing a car. The only thing that would make me change this car would be to purchase a TTRS. Not sure it's worth the extra money to do that, because my car with the computer upgrades does 4.5 seconds to 60 MPH and has no top speed limit on it anymore with the computer upgrade. The seats are so comfortable that my 8 hour trip I recently took was completely comfortable. I really can't say enough about this vehicle. I have had more than 20 new cars and more than 30 used cars in my long life and this one is by far the most fun to own. Probably the first car I've owned that I have no complaints about anything on it. How many of you can ever say that about a car you owned. I smile every time I get in it
Thanks for sharing!! The TTRS is such a cool car! Under the radar and a great all around vehicle! It’s a baby R8 in a sense but can also be more powerful!
I have always loved TTs. This one looks awesome in that turbo blue color. The exhaust note is a little quieter than some other sports cars. But, sign me up. I love it!
I saw one of these on the street a few days ago and that thing looked sharp as a razor! You wouldn't think they would be as fast as they are with it being a smaller car but I guess that 5 cylinder engine takes it over the top.
I don't see them too often on the road, but yeah this is a straight sleeper! Very quick even stock and after tuning them, you better watch out lol! They are fun!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed No worries. I have owned 3 Audi's and I'm curious how that sound system sounds in the TTRS. Obviously in the larger sedans it's going to be quieter in the cabin with less road noise so the sound system will naturally sound better. Does it still sound good in the TTRS or is it effected too much by road noise?
I can't believe the dealership put a sticker under the TTRS badge on the back, not cool. Also the sound system is Bang & Olufsen(4:10) not Harman Kardon, enjoyed the video got a 2018 in Nardo Grey myself.
I don't know why I didn't catch myself on the sound system! I even own an Audi with the B&O! But the sticker can be removed, every dealer adds their logo on cars! And cool! They are fun cars for sure, pretty quick too!
The only two things I would change about this car is just adding a small screen for CarPlay or android auto and also just a little bit more legroom in the back but other than that it’s a wrap… really nice car.
Like Brian's GTR. I can't wait till your R8 is so bad arse that no new R8 could compete with it. The 2021 is great for the price range cool review as usual.
Awsome video!! I am seriously considering a TTRS and the only thing thats holding me back is the lack of room in the back seat. I was told by many that the back seat won't physically fit two grown man, in the video you seem to fit fine, did you have the front seat folded back? How is the trunk space compaired to a M2? Thank you so much!!
Leg room is going to be the biggest problem depending on how far the front seat can be moved up with someone in it. I would put smaller people in the back, but it could work for quick city trips. And being the hatchback design, there is a lot more space in the back and being able to fold the seats down gives you even more room. You could fit a small bike if needed it's that good!
