I scrolled down through a few of the comments below... I cannot believe some of the negativity. I've been a musician (primarily, on guitar) for 1/2 a century and I think this is just a fabulous performance in many ways, both aurally and visually. I'm a new fan! And by the way, naysayers, she's playing her signature guitar, that she designed. Do YOU have such a thing that you designed? I thought not. Suck on it.
It's my 2024 favorite album for sure. Saw her in September. Amazing show, one of the best concerts I've ever seen; and I've been going to live concerts for 46 years.
Watching Annie evolve from the polyphonic spree to this has been an experience 👍 the most original artist on this planet for some time now ❤ fucking killer
@@Diamonddog59I was going to suggest the same thing, and have thought as much for a few years now. Like Bowie she changes her sound and is always trying new directions, but also like him has a core compositional style. His melodic and chordal sense is distinctive, as is hers. The biggest difference is that she's also an enormously talented guitarist. So, there isn't going to be a Gabrels or Ronson or Belew. (Though, Jason Falkner ain't no slouch.) And apropos to your name, she embodies the spirit of "this ain't rock and roll, this is Genociiiiiiide!"

Picking up Charlotte for this tour was a brilliant move.
I would love to see St. Vincent live. Music that matters. Her ALL BORN SCREAMING album may be my favourite album of 2024!
You totally should! Just got back from the Melbourne show, still buzzing.

She is more in control and confident of her playing then anyone I can see.
I see her in Brooklyn next year, her album is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I be. Lucky enough to see her 3 time each show was its own thing its been awesome to her and her music keep reaching newer heights
I love this performance ❤ St Vincent is always awesome!
Not enough bands give unusual visual performances these days... got us thinking! So thank you!
Saw the broken man vid and noticed her guitar at the back I'm so happy she whipped it out here!!!
Killer performance 👏
Annie is brilliant. I have just bought the Spanish version of 'All Born Screaming'.

She was also in Skull Fuckers
that bass player, melting
Is that Sean Lennon’s long term girlfriend and band mate?
@@cactaceous yeah she is

Me encanta 💔
Soundscape with irony !
Truly Magnificent St Vincent 😊🎉💥
This could be love.. In each Ways😊
iconic
🤟🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🤟, люблю её 😍
That was rather marvellous, such a creative talent. Would it be too much to describe her as a female version of David Byrne?? 👌
They have collaborated together 😀
@@foyfighterful….a female Kate Bush….
A female Frank Zappa without the immaturity or misogyny.
I see your Byrne and raise you to a Bowie, the only artist that comes close.

Sexy performances here. I must see her live again. I saw her 11 years a go and was brilliant. ❤
❤❤❤
❤
Charlotte is so perfect for this band.
2:14 🤘🎸🤘
Please Annie, do something with Trent. You are both amazing. ♥
The only reason i found her yeah
Lui ha suonato con Beck ❤
Sexy, great energy
This song is like a flea sucking my brain dry...in a good way.
Jason Falkner on guitar, cannot go wrong…
Frank Zappa meets Peter Gabriel 😂
I kinda feel like there are nods to both Prince and DAK in this video.
I’m getting Varuna salt vibes
🖤🤎❤🧡💛🤍💚💙💜💖
Musically, slightly unplaceable. But I appreciate that it moves dynamically. I think more of that is no bad thing.
Her songwriting went downhill.
It's prog baby, chicks do it too 🎸
@@YouTubingz yeah, it's prog jazz metal, everything that doesn't come from a dancing popstar is prog jazz metal.
She’s the queen of wonk and jar, if you know what I mean. Edgy, out of phase. Unsettling but masterful
Agonizing
No disrespect to St Vincent but how is P.J. Harvey not this popular? She has immensely more talent.
I think Harvey is/was more popular, mate.
@louduva9849 not in the United States
I'd say that's disrespect - no disrespect intended.
i know that is strange... but

Sally Performance, musicwise horrible, but proba ly Folks out there will appreciate
rubbish
Overrated & Forgettable ❤
Jeeez that's painfully awful
Is Flea a love song or do I fall in love with Annie when she performs it? I think both
a very dark love song
