Meh maybe. I’ve done a ton of of coke in my life, hung out with a lot of people who have done it, and I’m not so sure. The way she calmly focuses in at the very end with a clear and concise perspective on who to bring in for collaboration and how to direct them makes me think she’s just hyped. The whole idea that people sniff a lot when they do blow is a stereotype that is less common than assumed.
@@Step_03 She's just in love with herself and excessively performs for people. At least from what I've seen just from her interviews. Grandiose female narcissists are always acting because it gets a reaction and they thrive on that.

There are absolutely insane amounts of creative energy radiating from this wonderful songwriter. On my best day, I couldn’t pull a fraction of the power and joy from the air like Annie/St Vincent can. Love it to bits.
@@JewishJeff839 I gave her a compliment that I’m sure she would be grateful for. All people do is compare things. Keep the negativity to yourself, try to enjoy life.
This modular loop is weirdly similar to a song on the latest Desert Sessions album called Move Together, with Billy Gibbons on Vocals. Or that was a reference point in mu head. Not to put Broken Man down.

This mix breakdown is fantastic. Annie geeking out on Dave Grohl is fantastic. What a combination of talent.
I've seen countless St. Vincent interviews but never have I witnessed her so giddy with excitement. That's someone who loves what they do.
I don't know who tf she is, but sure does talk a whole load of shit.

She's so committed to her music and so nerdy about it, she's adorable.

seeing Mark Guiliana last year blew my mind, best concert I've ever been to
Annie always articulates her art with the best terms.
I just LOVE Annie . She’s a real genius
Funny and creative and an absolute beast in every way .
She is every single thing. ❤️
The best video at moment.
This song is another banger from Annie. Bringing in Dave Grohl to go animal mode on the drums is just so perfect.
she's fantastic....🎈from Germany!
Love her passion and vision, that’s what it’s all about!
Love the energy
Dave's great, but I wish Mark got his props because he's one of the best around. Truly a wonder of talent and a true creative.
Annie Clark is a national treasure
The only way i can describe St.Vincent is she is the female version of David Bowie. She is a phenomenal musician.
St. Vincent is St. Vincent. If you need to compare her to others, then you do not need to be here. Correct, Karen?

One of the best produced albums of the last few years honestly
😂
Does anyone know which software she uses for this? Or maybe it’s proprietary
I wish I was talented enough to make music like this or even jam with people
this is a real artist. I ended up here via her Controversy tribute to Prince.
Maammi I'm here to cheer for you
there is Dave Grohl playing guitar, then Dave Grohl playing drums, such a big difference
what kind of daw does she use ?
Neumann headphones are my faves 🙂👍
Amazing woman.

It is Pro Tools with the "Dark Mode" user interface option engaged.

"Be Dave Grohl" 😂
TIL Dave Grohl is the only drummer who plays on the bell of the ride
😂
It’s crazy that she’s using an old MacBook when she obviously has the money for a new fancy MacBook
Sounds like NIN.. I like her voice better than Trent's though. 😂
Agreed. Dave being on drums makes sense. It gives me a very With Teeth, "The Line Begins to Blur" feel.

That modular loop is nasty!! YUKKKKKK 🥵🥵🥵🥵
HOW many "albums" have YOU put out?
She can be a strong drink at times. She's well-versed and articulate in her production techniques but can also come off a bit annoying.

Yet you couldn't post on a PJ Harvey video...?
Did she say “Meth head clown car”? 🤡 😂
Ok las trompetas del final suenan horribles, enhorabuena la adición de Dave

Why putting so much effort in the drums, production,...? The mastering has completely ruined this album, there's almost no dynamic range.
