Hi, first of all thanks for the video and how well you explained it.
I have a little problem, I followed all your steps and for some reason after finishing the repair I get the "Face ID is not available. Try again later".
I've tried every solution I've found in the internet: cleaning camera, trudepth and dot sensors, reseting face id, reseting the iPhone, updating it, even reinstalling the firmware, but nothing works.
However, it is a little bit strange because after reseting or reinstalling the firmware, the first time when I'm setting the face id everything works and after that if I try to use it, it doesn't work, and if i reset it and try to set it again it doesn't work.
I don't know what may be happening but I would aprreciate very much your help or any other's.

From the sounds of it, the true depth sensor might be damaged, which would ultimately need to be replaced. I just started offering Microsoldering repairs. I’d be happy to try and replace this at no charge if you mail it to me. There’s no guarantee it would work. But it’s worth a shot

Assuming everything on the phone is oem and functional, I would subtract $100 for the camera issue

So I dropped my phone the other day and it cracked a little but I can’t tell if its the screen or the screen protector.
I don’t feel the crack with my finger but i can feel it a littleee bit with my nail
