This memory technique stuff is fascinating me lately. Loci, linking, major system. Simple visualisation tricks also work such as for Antarctic (big land mass crawling in Ants) vs Arctic (no ants, because of ice-bergs). Stalactites (tights get pulled down the leg) vs Stalagmites (mites crawl up the leg).

I like this one. I've watched a couple other Ted Talks about memory, and some have done similar things but he explains it, and has an easier method anyone can implement.
Good to know when you are in school and don't have tons of time and need to remember lots of small details!

All these bloody TEDx talks on memory are the exact same. "I'm a memory champion but I'm not a super human" > "I bet you think you couldn't memorise this list of words" > introduce memory palace/peg system > "See! You can do it too." > applause > end.

exactly. You should watch Matias Ribbing's Tedx talk. It is somewhat different, centered around use of memory techniques in learning.

I'm part of the human experience known as Aphantasia. We can not access voluntary mental imaging. So how do I improve memory with no facility to do as advocated?

I made a different assimilation from him . i made a little and very crazy story based on these words .my assimilation was something like this: i was walking and all of a sudden i ran into a Cow eating a moss ( MOSS COW) and the cow was mad because the queen stole its bell(QUEEN BELL) so i followed walking and i saw a Bull with a bulb on its head (BULB BULL) , after i saw peter parker eating a hamburguer (PETER HAMBURGUER ) ,then ahead had a bear walking on a line ( BEAR LINR) . i will not type everything because is very long but the others words are : MAD RIDER POPE PIZZA KEY CHEF LOVE EINFFEL TOWEL BOOK ARREST.

Hi. Does anyone know, (assuming the association technique isn't for all kinds of situation), another method for memorizing syntax and concepts in coding or programming? Thank you. God bless, Proverbs 31
