Dr Berg, I eat lots of wild plants and there are a host of wonderful foods just growing as weeds. For example, Curly Dock is very anti inflammatory and healing for the gut. I learn something new and useful everyday with Dr Berg's videos. Watercress is definitely going to be added in my salads! Thanks Dr Berg for sharing this info!
Go vegan!
Dr. Joel Fuhrman in his ANDI index (Aggregate Nutrient Density Index) ranks Watercress as one of the few plants with the highest score like Kale. I use it in salad, cole slaw and tuna salad. Adds a nice, slightly peppery accent.
I have it with chopped garlic on power salads almost everyday
Thx Dr Berg. Taking ox bile salts daily to help digestion. Got no gall bladder, it was taken out years ago. Not getting as much acid indigestion i feel.
