A company called lubelocker makes the best gaskets that i have found for trans pans and pumpkins. They go on dry. I never did put seals in when i went to green bearings. I wonder if your housing is distorted somehow.
Hey Guys! A $10 dollar ratchet strap around the nose of the 8 3/4' chunk.... And around a leaf spring... You would be AMAZED! Also with some properly prepped and unhacked on pieces... JUST the $5 paper gasket from Dr. Diff is ALL you need! NO SEALER OR RTV AT ALL...
You can align that bad boi right quick! My dad showed me how (RIP) on our 2000-something Chevy Malibu back in the day, some 12 years ago or so. Just loosen a bolt, tighten a bolt, piece of cake!
Less talking, more action! Good luck boys, be careful with safety items like suspension and brakes. I hope you do a two door conversion. Yeah, loud exhaust on a hot rod looking car is a conversation starter at gas stations and convenience stores.
All that money building a tuff engine, u upgraded the brakes but yet failed to replace the front end components? Pretty silly. On a 50 year old car you should replace all bushes, tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, don't skimp on your safety! The car will also drive so much nicer
@@DaddysMoneyGarage oh ok now i understand. Well u guys in the USA get parts less then half the price we pay for stuff here in Australia. I rebuilt a 67 Valiant a few years ago, some items seemed good still but i binned it all and replaced everything. Drives well, only thing i didn't do is the steering box which is still pretty good, may of been done by previous owner.
if it makes you feel any better It took me 6 hours to replace a u joint on the rear drive shaft on my 94 f-150 cuz I was too cheap to go buy a press and ended up breaking the end cap and mushrooming the socket after 6 hours of beating the piss out of it. guess what? I ended up ripping it apart again and getting a press anyway! I wish I had a garage and a vice at very least!
There alive! I thought y'all vaporized with Garrett! Great update!👍
GO getem Troy!
Im working on it.
Great machine! Thank you for the plug! At some point we'll meet in real life. Btw the audio with your rolling shots is awesome!

Great to see you guys again. Troy, I subbed.
Maybe you could pop for the missing marker lights.
I think it’d make a good card in Community chest: “Austin wins second place in a car show, with drunk judges.”
There is a spec for end-play in lower ball joints. Loose is normal but out of spec is TOO loose.
Pretty sure them literally being maracas is too loose lol
Being you have all that free time. Make more panther videos 😂

...its NOT that simple!!! lol......no as in NOT!!
What a comedy of errors!
At least it’s fixed lol.
It looked like the quick seal was on the housing, not the chunk.
How did y'all screw the differential drain plug into the housing?
Well im glad you're ok. See you at the No Names!
👍👍👍

And police traffic stops lol
You guys amaze me
Good to see you Boys 😎🤘
Just subbed to troy's channel😅😅😅
Already subbed, as long as the name doesn't get shortened to TrannyTroy 😂😂😂
About time you kids did something! 🤷♂️
Toyota, Nissan and Suzuki don't use a gasket with a drop out 3rd member. We either use a big hammer or a floor jack under the nose to break it loose
We tried that and it was just not moving at all lol.
You guys still go an see tony
Forgot these guys even existed. 🤣
So did I
You guys still friends with uncle Tony??
Thought you went into hiring w cabron 🧙♂️🚬🚬🚬
Weld a patch on the diff housing not that tuff. Let the Tokyo drifters burn there stuff up in the burn out boxes.

We replaced everything except the lower ball joints, which we were told to reuse instead of replace lol.
